CFPB sends letters to financial institution CEO’s encouraging more consumer control over payment methods
Last week, Director Cordray sent a letter to the CEO’s of several banks, credit unions, and financial companies encouraging them to enable consumers to exert greater control over their credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods.
CFPB is required to produce a new strategic plan which establishes our mission, strategic goals, and strategic objectives for the next five years. We have posted a draft strategic plan for fiscal years 2018 to 2022 and we invite your feedback.
