More than one covered loan.
The loan:
(A) Termination of the contract for servicing the loan for cause;
An error relating to the origination of a mortgage loan;
An error relating to the underwriting of a mortgage loan;
(B) A private education loan as defined in § 1026.46(b)(5).
(C) Has a loan for which you own the servicing rights;
(L) Has a loan for which you own the servicing rights.
(3) Points, loan fees, assumption fees, finder's fees, and similar charges.
(x) The fact that the loan program contains a demand feature.
(ii) The current interest rate in effect for the mortgage loan;
(ii) For which the loan term does not exceed 30 years;
