Policy to Encourage Trial Disclosure Programs

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection invites comments on its proposal to create a Disclosure Sandbox through its revised Policy to Encourage Trial Disclosure Programs, which is based on its authority under Section 1032(e) of the Dodd-Frank Act.

Disclosure of Loan-Level HMDA Data

The CFPB is proposing policy guidance that would describe modifications that the Bureau intends to apply to the loan-level HMDA data that financial institutions will report under Regulation C before the data is disclosed to the public.
