A snapshot of complaints received
We began accepting consumer complaints on July 21, 2011, and we now accept complaints related to credit cards, mortgages, bank accounts and services, private student loans, other consumer loans, credit reporting, and money transfers. On July 10, 2013, we began handling debt collection complaints.
This snapshot report provides an overview of how we handle complaints and presents an analysis of complaints received over the period from July 21, 2011, through June 30, 2013.
