Policy on ex parte presentations in rulemaking proceedings
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has adopted the following updated policy on ex parte presentations in rulemaking proceedings. The prior policy, superseded by this updated policy, was posted on the CFPB’s website on Aug. 16, 2011.
