We’re pleased to submit to Congress our fifth annual report summarizing activities to administer the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”). This year’s report describes activities conducted by the CFPB and the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) during 2015 in relation to debt collection.
