CFPB Symposium: Section 1071 of the Dodd-Frank Act

We held a symposium on Section 1071 of the Dodd-Frank Act. Featuring remarks from Bureau Director Kathleen Kraninger, this Symposium focused on Section 1071 of the Dodd-Frank Act. The Bureau will face several important policy decisions in the coming years and the symposia series established by Director Kraninger aims to stimulate a proactive dialogue to assist the Bureau in its policy development process. Through the symposia series, the Bureau seeks feedback from experts, including academics and practitioners, who have thought and written about subjects that are Bureau priorities.
