CFPB v. Howard Law
We are the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), a federal government agency that enforces laws that protect consumers.
On March 27, 2019, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California entered a Consent Judgment after the Bureau filed suit against Vincent Howard, Lawrence Williamson, Howard Law, P.C., The Williamson Law Firm, LLC, and Williamson & Howard, LLP.
The Bureau has completed the distribution of the related victim funds awarded in this case.

The CFPB has contracted EPIQ to administer payments for this case and answer consumers' questions. This matter is now closed:
