CFPB v. Federal Debt Assistance Association
We are the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), a federal government agency that enforces laws that protect consumers.
In May 2018, a final order was issued in the matter of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) v. Federal Debt Assistance Association, LLC, et al (FDAA).
The Bureau has completed the distribution of the related victim funds awarded in this case.
