Equal Employment Opportunity program status report for fiscal year 2014
We follow specific standards for maintaining affirmative employment programs and take steps to ensure that policies, practices, and procedures are conducted in an inclusive manner for employees and applicants. We also work toward meeting the six essential elements of a model Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program: (1) Demonstrated Commitment from Agency Leadership; (2) Integration of EEO into the Agency’s Strategic Mission; (3) Management and Program Accountability; (4) Proactive Prevention of Unlawful Discrimination; (5) Efficiency; and (6) Responsiveness and Legal Compliance.
