Financial well-being: Call for papers
The CFPB is funding research papers on three topics related to financial well-being. The application period is open.
The CFPB has established a definition of financial well-being, created a scale to measure it, and researched what can influence it.
We are now building on this body of work through a new research funding opportunity. Through this call for applications, three awardees will be given $45,000 to conduct original research using the CFPB’s Financial Well-Being Scale.
We are seeking to fund research that enhances understanding of:
- The relationship between financial well-being and customer service experiences with financial institutions
- The relationship between financial well-being and economic mobility
- The state of, and factors associated with, the financial well-being of immigrant communities
Please look over our requirements for submissions, including factors to be considered in evaluating proposals and details about timing.
