On August 5, 2021, the Bureau issued an interpretive rule to provide guidance on certain TRID timing requirements in light of the recent designation of Juneteenth as a Federal holiday.
On May 14, 2021, the Bureau released frequently asked questions on housing assistance loans and how the BUILD Act impacts TRID requirements for these loans.
In April 2020, the Bureau issued an interpretive rule providing COVID-19 pandemic guidance.
