I made an online purchase using my prepaid card but later I cancelled the purchase. The charge is still showing up on my card. Why?

If you cancel a purchase, it could take some time to process and for the money to be returned to your card.

Contact your prepaid card provider’s customer service number to find out when the money will be credited back to your account.
