Be among the first to hear brand-new findings from two surveys: the FDIC's 2023 National Survey of Unbanked and Underbanked Households and the CFPB's 2024 Age-Friendly and Relationship Banking Survey.

FDIC’s Household Survey is conducted every two years. It studies bank account ownership and use of other financial products and services. The new Age-Friendly and Relationship Banking Survey studies access to banks and credit unions, with a focus on older adults’ experiences and preferences. You will hear about findings from the surveys and ways that policymakers could respond.
