30-Day PRA: Homeownership Counseling Amendments to the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (Regulation X) 12 CFR 1024

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (Bureau) is proposing to renew the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for an existing information collection, titled, “Homeownership Counseling Amendments to the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (Regulation X) 12 CFR 1024 .”
