Transparency is at the core of our work as an agency, and we believe that it’s a critical tool to help educate consumers.

We’re the 100th federal agency to be required to report to the Department of Justice under the Freedom of Information Act or FOIA. It’s our pleasure to submit our first annual report and highlight our accomplishments over the past year.
