Submit an accommodation request

We comply with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act , which requires generally that all CFPB activities and programs be accessible to members of the public with disabilities. We make sure that individuals with disabilities can participate in and enjoy the benefits of all CFPB operations and resources available to the public. This includes providing accessible educational materials and ensuring equal access to public meetings and other events.

If the requests relates to a meeting or event, the request should be made at least ten business days, when feasible, before the meeting or event. The request also must identify the date, time, location, and title of the meeting or event, the nature of the assistance requested, and contact information for the requester. We will strive to provide reasonable accommodations promptly, but cannot guarantee that accommodation will be provided for late requests.
