Orion Processing, LLC d/b/a World Law Processing, World Credit Repair and World Law Debt et al.
The Court entered a default judgment against Bradley J. Haskins, the World Law corporate defendants, and Family Capital Investment & Management LLC and a Stipulated Final Judgment against two of the individuals involved and the corporate defendant Orion Processing, LLC. All four orders permanently ban the defendants from participating in telemarketing or assisting others in telemarketing any consumer financial product or service, and from selling, advertising, offering, or providing any debt relief products or services. The Court also entered monetary judgments against the defendants for $106,83,049 and assessed civil money penalties against them.
