Making Ends Meet Survey
If you’re here, you probably received our letter asking for your help with an important national survey to better understand consumer experiences and decisions when trying to make ends meet.
The 2024 survey cycle has ended. The next opportunity to participate will be early 2025.
This survey is sponsored by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, a federal agency created in 2010 to make markets for financial products like mortgages, credit cards, and consumer loans work well for consumers.
We are conducting this study to better understand consumers’ experiences around finances, cost of living, and credit cards. To get a complete picture, we need to hear from all types of consumers across America. That is why we need your help. Learning about people’s views and experiences is particularly important in developing policies to help consumers in these uncertain times.
Since people’s experiences can vary widely, please fill out the survey even if you have not borrowed or run out of money.
The responses to this survey will remain private and we ask that participants not identify themselves in any way while completing the survey. Participation in this survey will not affect your credit or credit score. Once on the webpage, please enter your unique survey pin number included on the cover letter and your 5-digit zip code.
We appreciate your willingness to answer and return the questionnaire and thank you for your help with this important national survey.
