CFPB v. Bounceback INC

We are the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), a federal government agency that enforces laws that protect consumers. According to our lawsuit, BounceBack broke federal laws when they said they were a government agency and threatened to prosecute people for money they owed because they bounced a check.

On November 1, 2021, The CFPB and the defendants entered a joint final judgement order. Bounceback used illegal tactics to collect fees they were not entitled to. If you believe you are eligible and have not received a check please reach out using the contact information provided below.
