CFPB v. TMLG, CFLG
The CFPB brought an action against The Mortgage Law Group and Consumer First Legal Group alleging that they charged people illegal up-front fees, made false and prohibited statements, and did not give people information that is required by law.
Affected consumers are receiving a refund for fees paid to The Mortgage Law Group or Consumer First Legal Group.
