(True Count); on June 15, 2021, the Court issued a stipulated final judgment and order as to relief defendant Judy Dai (Dai); on July 1, 2021, the Court issued a stipulated final judgment and order as to relief defendants 1st Generation Holdings, LLC (1st Generation) and Infinite Management Corp (Infinite Management); on July 15, 2021, the Court issued a stipulated final judgment and order as to defendant Consumer Advocacy Center, Inc. (CAC); and on March 22, 2022, the Court issued a stipulated final judgment and order as to defendant TAS 2019 LLC (TAS) for the violation of the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 (CFPA) and the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR).
