Summary
This position is a full-time temporary assignment (Detail/Temporary Promotion NTE 5 Years) with the FFIEC Examiner Education Office.
The manager of examiner education oversees and manages all operational and administrative aspects of the FFIEC examiner education program to ensure timely and effective development and delivery of cost-efficient, state-of-the art, interagency training programs that support the experienced examiners and other professional staff.
Responsibilities
As a Manager of Examiner Education, you will:
- Provide support to the director of examiner education as needed in support of the TFEE Chair efforts for overseeing and coordinating TFEE activities, with consultation and input from the FFIEC executive secretary as applicable.
- Serve as the primary contact and liaison for coordinating and managing all operational and administrative matters with the FFIEC member agency training contacts; other leaders in the training community and in support of the training and building facilities including FDIC Corporate University, Division of Administration Special Services, Information Technology, and Security; and FRB Division of Financial Management leaders and contacts in procurement and accounting.
- Manage the implementation and effectiveness of all operational and administrative matters in the FFIEC examiner education office in meeting the examiner education needs of the FFIEC member entities.
- Provide support as needed to the Director of Examiner Education and TFEE to solicit agency input and recommend additional areas of post-commissioned training.
