Summary

This position is located at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION. The incumbent will represent the customer to the team through backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories and requirements; and will adhere to agile framework guidelines, with the goal of ensuring quality deliverables that achieve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As an IT Specialist (Technical Product Manager), you will:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary agile delivery team or teams to deliver excellent web, print, or multimedia products and/or iterations to existing products that meet user needs.
  • Support multiple product owners to gather, interpret and prioritize user requirements into user stories with complete acceptance criteria into an actionable backlog for the team.
  • Work with a complex set of interoffice and interdivisional stakeholders to bring stakeholders, Bureau leadership, and the team together around a common product vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate with product management peers and the Product Management Lead to improve the way we work.
