CFPB v. Edmiston Marketing, LLC d/b/a Easy Military Travel, Brandon Edmiston
The CFPB entered into a consent order with Edmiston Marketing, doing business as Easy Military Travel. The CFPB alleged Easy Military Travel, used deceptive statements regarding the terms of its loans, failed to disclose the true finance charge and terms of the loan contracts and failed to disclose the total cost of their loan product.
Affected consumers are receiving a refund because of a case settlement.
