CFPB Takes Action Against National Collegiate Student Loan Trusts, Transworld Systems for Illegal Student Loan Debt Collection Lawsuits

On April 25, 2025, the parties filed a joint stipulation voluntarily dismissing the action against all defendants with prejudice, and the court terminated the case on April 29, 2025.
