CFPB Sues Horizon Card Services and CEO Robert Kane for Illegally Baiting, Gouging, and Trapping Families in High-Fee Credit Cards

On April 23, 2025, the Bureau filed a notice voluntarily dismissing the action against the defendants with prejudice, which the court entered the same day.
