CFPB, DOJ Order Trident Mortgage Company to Pay More Than $22 Million for Deliberate Discrimination Against Minority Families

On May 23, 2025, the Bureau and the DOJ filed an unopposed motion to terminate the consent order and dismiss with prejudice. On June 2, 2025, the court terminated the September 14, 2022 consent order and dismissed the case with prejudice.
