Rocket Homes Real Estate LLC, dba Rocket Homes; JMG Holding Partners LLC, dba The Jason Mitchell Group; 45 real estate brokerage affiliates; and Jason Mitchell
On December 23, 2024, the Bureau filed a lawsuit against Rocket Homes Real Estate LLC (Rocket Homes), JMG Holding Partners LLC d/b/a The Jason Mitchell Group and 45 of its affiliates (collectively, The Mitchell Group), and Jason Mitchell, the majority owner and Chief Executive Officer of The Mitchell Group. The Bureau alleged that the defendants violated the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and its implementing regulation.
On February 27, 2025, the Bureau filed a notice of dismissal voluntarily dismissing the action against all defendants with prejudice, and on February 28, 2025, the court dismissed the case with prejudice.
