CFPB Sues JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo for Allowing Fraud to Fester on Zelle

On March 4, 2025, the Bureau filed a notice voluntarily dismissing the action against all defendants with prejudice, and on March 5, 2025, the court dismissed the case with prejudice.
