CFPB Orders Wise to Pay $2.5 Million for Illegal Remittance Practices

Pursuant to 12 U.S.C. §§ 5563 and 5565, on May 15, 2025, the Bureau issued a modified Amended Consent Order, which supersedes the January 30, 2025 Consent Order.
