Twice a year, the CFPB publishes an agenda of its planned rulemaking activities.

Agency rule list - CFPB’s active rulemaking plans (includes pre-rule, proposed rule, and final rule activities).

Completed actions list - CFPB rulemakings that have been completed in approximately the last six months.
