Request for Information Regarding Consumer Access to Financial Records

The Dodd-Frank Act provides for consumer rights to access financial account and account-related data in usable electronic form.  The CFPB is seeking comments from the public about consumer access to such information, including access by entities acting with consumer permission, in connection with the provision of products or services that make use of that information.  


Appraisals for Higher-Priced Mortgage Loans Exemption Threshold

The OCC, the Board and the Bureau are proposing to amend the official interpretations for their regulations that implement section 129H of the Truth in Lending Act.  The proposal would memorialize the agencies’ calculation method for determining the annual adjustment of the dollar threshold for exempt small loan transactions in years following a year in which there is no annual percentage increase in the CPI-W.  

60-Day PRA: Generic Information Collection Plan for Surveys Using the Consumer Credit Panel

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (Bureau) is requesting a new generic information collection plan, titled, “Generic Information Collection Plan for Surveys Using the Consumer Credit Panel”.

Request for Information Regarding Scope, Methods, and Data Sources for Conducting Study of Pre-Dispute Arbitration Agreements

The Bureau requests specific suggestions from the public to help identify the appropriate scope of the Study, as well as appropriate methods and sources of data for conducting the Study. Based on the information received, the Bureau may consider soliciting further feedback.
