Chase informed me that they mailed XXXX credit card in my name to my father 's address, where I have n't live in over two years. Chase never spoke to me about my cards until I called on XX/XX/XXXX. I called on XX/XX/XXXX, I attempted to make payment arrangements for the charges with Chase, and they refused. On XX/XX/XXXX my fiances car was repossessed because XXXX XXXX received a call from Chase that the payment I gave XXXX XXXX and was authorized to make by Chase was fraudulent, and Chase reversed the charge. When I called Chase, they informed me that my father took me off as an authorized user. Chase refused to give me past bills and proceed with my identity theft charges. They informed me I need to inform the PA State Police, which I did, and need to submit proof of identity, and a power of attorney and affirmation to show I am over XXXX. Chase has refused to honor the purchases I made, and said that I can not gain information on any cards that were and are in my name and any and all charges associated with them because I no longer have access to the account. Chase initially refused to investigate, refused to accept my statement of unauthorized use, and refused to issue the required provisional credit. \n\nI was later told that the claim had been closed without any investigation and without provisional credit, even though I was originally told I would receive provisional credit no later than Monday. I was then informed I would need to provide compelling evidence to prove fraud solely because a PIN was used. This is an improper shifting of the burden of proof onto the consumer.
