I finally get an email after asking whats going on they say they closed my case every time I reported to the better business bureau I asked them for a detailed detailed list of my transactions from XX/XX/XXXX to present day they onky sent me a detailed transaction statement from XXXX my funds were already taken by then .I finally got a hold of a live person on XX/XX/XXXX and I spent over 2 hours on the phone going over these 43 unauthorized transactions he did not let me finish going over everything transaction that I did not make he said he is not allowed to take calls longer than an hour .so I would have to call back. Chase submitted a claim and told me a temporary credit will be given in 12 hours. I was assured that would be done. 12 hours later, nothing. I called and was asked to wait another 12 hours after the charges have been posted. It is now Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX and nothing. I was told the charges just posted so itll be done by the end of the business date. XXXX nothing. Was told yet again to wait. Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX19 morning I called again and was told the temporary credit was never approved and the bank has XX/XX/2019 to provide temporary credit. Wouldnt give me emergency credit for 200 citing that my account is new and they need to investigate. Went into the branch today and was given 100 as emergency. However they advised me that I would probably get denied because I lost my PIN. Also I have alerts set up in my account to notify me of transactions involving my debit card if it exceeds {$1000.00}, I was never notified. I do, however get notified everytime my balance drops below {$50.00}. Chase security never caught the 2 {$1000.00} purchase/withdrawal as possible fraud especially if my account was new. \n\nI reported the lost of both PIN and debit card within 48 hours. I was honest about losing my PIN. I was assured a temporary credit will be issued within a certain timeframe and never happened. Now I fear I may lose my claim because I lost the PIN with the debit card. I thought I had federal protection against liability even if my PIN was lost?
