The continued reporting of these items has caused significant harm to my credit score, financial opportunities, and personal well-being. I demand immediate investigation, validation, and deletion of all unverifiable or inaccurate items. \nWrong Address Reporting ( Identity & FCRA Violation ) XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX XXXX, NJ XXXX Wrong Address I have never lived at this address. Allowing this false information to remain is reckless. Under FCRA 611 ( a ), disputed information must be verified or removed. Story : XXXX XXXX is not a city where I ever resided or worked. Having this address tied to my profile is extremely concerning because it shows potential mixed file or identity theft. This creates long-term financial damage and unnecessary investigations every time I apply for credit or employment. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NJ XXXX Wrong Address This incorrect address being reported suggests a possible case of mixed file or identity theft. It is unlawful under FCRA 605B for credit bureaus to knowingly continue reporting fraudulent or inaccurate information once disputed. Story : This XXXX address has no relation to me, yet it has been attached to my report for months. Each time I apply for housing or auto financing, creditors bring this up, questioning why so many suspicious addresses appear. This constant harassment and doubt is deeply unfair and damaging. \nAccount Issues ( Charge Offs and Inaccuracies ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX High Credit : {$2000.00} Charge Off This account is being inaccurately reported as a charge off. The reporting lacks full documentation of original signed contract, payment history validation, and chain of custody of the account. Under FCRA 609 ( a ) ( 1 ), I am entitled to original documentation to verify this account. Failure to provide such is grounds for deletion. Story : This account is over XXXX XXXX XXXX and has long exceeded the reasonable statute of limitations in my state. Yet it continues to reappear as a charge off, unfairly harming my score. I have repeatedly requested validation and none has been given. This makes it impossible for me to qualify for fair credit rates, and it has even affected my ability to refinance my vehicle loan. \nXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX High Credit : {$1900.00} Charge Off This account is also being reported as a charge off without proper verification. According to FCRA 611 and FDCPA 807 ( 8 ), debt collectors and furnishers may not report information they know to be false or unverifiable. Story : This account is from XXXX, and I no longer have any records or statements on it. If the furnisher can not provide original signed contracts and full history, it should not remain on my report. Having this old, unverifiable charge off makes me look like a high-risk borrower even though I have worked hard to rebuild my credit. This is blocking me from mortgage pre-approvals and better loan opportunities. \nXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX High Credit : {$2000.00} Charge Off This account is not properly validated and continues to appear with negative reporting. Without furnishing original signed agreements, full payment history, and proper validation, this reporting is illegal. FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) requires furnishers to report accurate information only. Story : XXXXXXXX XXXX has refused to provide full validation. I was never given a breakdown of charges, late fees, or even proof that the balance is accurate. This shows they are reporting incomplete and inaccurate information. This charge off has followed me for years, hurting every attempt I make to secure credit for basic needs like auto loans and credit cards. \nXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX High Credit : {$400.00} Charge Off This charge off is being reported in error and without proper investigation. FCRA 611 ( b ) requires reinvestigation of disputed items. Story : This XXXX account was closed years ago and should not still be appearing as a charge off. The balance reported is inaccurate and no original contract or signed application has ever been produced. I am being punished for an account that is not even validated. Because of this small {$400.00} account, my creditworthiness has been destroyed in situations where lenders look at charge offs more harshly than collections. This false report is completely unfair and unlawful. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX High Credit : {$300.00} Charge Off * * This account is reported as a charge off without any supporting documents such as contract, billing statements, or payment breakdown. Under FCRA 609 ( a ) ( 1 ), the furnisher must produce the original contract. Story : I never received validation for this account. Even though the amount is small, the negative charge off is destroying my credit score. Lenders treat all charge offs the same, regardless of balance, which makes me look like a high-risk borrower. Because of this, I have been denied even small credit card applications and have faced embarrassing rejections at banks when applying for overdraft protection. \nXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX High Credit : {$1000.00} Charge Off * * This XXXX account is inaccurately reported. No signed contract or detailed records have been provided. FCRA 611 requires reinvestigation, but I was given a generic verified result without evidence. Story : I tried to resolve this directly with the bank, but they never gave me real proof. This account was reported as a charge off too quickly and unfairly. As a result, my creditworthiness has been destroyed when applying for retail and department store credit lines. Employers also check my report and this false entry has already impacted my job opportunities. \nXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX High Credit : {$4800.00} Charge Off * * This is one of the most harmful accounts being reported as a charge off. The balance shown is not consistent across bureaus, which proves inaccuracy. Under FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), furnishers must ensure accuracy. Story : XXXX has never shown me the full account breakdown. I have requested validation multiple times, but only received generic responses. This charge off, being nearly {$5000.00}, has blocked me from housing approvals and auto loan financing. Landlords have openly told me that this XXXX account made them deny my rental applications. This is causing serious hardship and emotional stress. \nXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX High Credit : {$1100.00} Charge Off * * This account is another inaccurate Affirm charge off. The reporting is damaging because it appears as though I have multiple defaults with the same company. Story : I never saw a valid signed agreement or accurate statements for this account. Affirms reporting practices are misleading, and they have duplicated negative entries under different account numbers. This makes me look like a repeat offender and completely destroys my credibility with lenders. I have been working hard to rebuild my credit, but this single companys multiple errors are sabotaging my financial recovery. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX High Credit : {$240.00} Charge Off * * Even though the balance is very small, this charge off is extremely damaging. FCRA 611 ( b ) requires that disputed information be properly investigated, which has not been done. Story : I never received contract copies or a breakdown of how the {$240.00} balance turned into a charge off. It is unreasonable to punish me for a small disputed balance in a way that has the same weight as a {$10000.00} charge off. This single item has made creditors treat me as a delinquent borrower, even though the amount itself is insignificant and unverifiable. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXate Opened : XX/XX/XXXX High Credit : {$320.00} Charge Off * * This account is unverifiable and still being reported. Story : The reporting is misleading because XXXX accounts appear multiple times under different account numbers, which exaggerates the damage to my credit. Instead of showing XXXX issue, the credit bureaus are displaying XXXX or XXXX different charge offs, all from XXXX. This creates a false narrative that I am repeatedly defaulting, which is completely untrue. Because of this false reporting, I was recently denied financing for essential household appliances, forcing me into high-cost alternatives. \nXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX High Credit : {$610.00} Charge Off * * This XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX account is reported as a charge off without validation. FCRA 609 requires proof of contract and history. Story : I never received a proper validation letter from the furnisher. The account was charged off unusually quickly, suggesting either an error or unfair reporting practices. This false negative item has damaged my credit score significantly. I have faced embarrassment when trying to open a simple checking account because the bank flagged me as high risk after seeing this charge off. \nXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX High Credit : {$740.00} Charge Off * * This XXXX XXXX charge off is XXXX of the most harmful items because it comes from a major bank. Lenders view this as a serious risk. Story : I disputed this account and requested full documentation, but XXXX XXXX never produced original signed agreements or chain of title. The account is unverifiable, yet it remains on my report. Because of this false negative, I was denied a mortgage pre-approval. The impact is not just financial but also emotional, as I can not move forward with buying a home due to inaccurate reporting. \nXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX | High Credit : {$1300.00} | Charge Off * * This account is a duplicate entry, appearing twice on my credit report. Reporting duplicates inflates my alleged delinquency unfairly and violates FCRA 607 ( b ). Story : The same account is listed twice, making it appear that I have multiple defaults when it is only one. This has directly lowered my credit score, caused multiple loan rejections, and created unnecessary stress. The duplicity shows gross negligence by the furnisher and credit bureau. \nXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX | High Credit : {$1300.00} | Charge Off * * This is the duplicate of the above account. Story : Having this account listed twice exaggerates negative reporting and misrepresents my financial behavior. I never authorized multiple listings, and no validation was ever provided. This has harmed my ability to secure even small personal loans, as lenders perceive multiple charge-offs. Immediate removal is required. \nXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX | High Credit : {$710.00} | Charge Off * * This account is reported as a charge-off but lacks proper validation and proof of original contract. Under FCRA 609 ( a ) ( 1 ), I am entitled to original documents. Story : Despite multiple disputes, XXXX XXXX has not supplied signed agreements or payment history. This false reporting has affected my mortgage pre-approvals and access to affordable credit. It creates a false impression of irresponsibility, causing financial and emotional damage. \nXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX | High Credit : {$630.00} | Charge Off * * This account lacks proper documentation. Story : The creditor has not provided signed agreements or account history. Reporting this as a charge-off without validation is a violation of FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) and shows reckless disregard for accuracy. This false reporting has impacted my credit score, leading to higher interest rates and denied applications. \nXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX | High Credit : {$640.00} | Charge Off * * This account is inaccurately reported. Story : The furnisher has failed to validate the debt or produce original documentation. This misleading reporting portrays me as a delinquent borrower. I was denied financing for essential household needs because lenders interpreted this charge-off as proof of irresponsible behavior. It is damaging and unnecessary. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX | High Credit : {$510.00} | Charge Off * * This account is reported without proper validation. Story : XXXX has not provided original contracts or statements. Reporting unverifiable accounts violates FCRA 623 ( b ) ( 1 ). The accounts presence has damaged my credit score, blocked me from fair financing, and caused repeated stress and embarrassment. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX | High Credit : {$290.00} | Charge Off * * This account is being reported without proper validation. Story : I never received a signed contract, billing statements, or account history. Reporting this small balance as a charge-off portrays me as financially irresponsible. Lenders have denied me credit because of this unverifiable entry. The stress of being falsely reported has affected my ability to manage finances responsibly. The continued reporting violates FCRA 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) and 611. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX | High Credit : {$180.00} | Charge Off * * This account is also unverified and inaccurately reported. Story : XXXX has failed to provide original documentation despite multiple disputes. Multiple small charge-offs from the same company create a false narrative of repeated defaults. As a result, my creditworthiness is misrepresented, lenders view me as high-risk, and I have been denied low-limit loans and retail credit cards. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX | High Credit : {$570.00} | Charge Off * * This account is inaccurate and unverifiable. Story : XXXX has not provided any proof of account ownership, payment history, or signed agreements. The accounts presence has lowered my credit score, blocked approval for retail and personal loans, and caused undue stress. Reporting unverifiable accounts violates FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) and 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX | High Credit : {$660.00} | Charge Off * * This account is reported without documentation. Story : XXXXXXXX XXXX has not validated the debt or shown signed agreements. The false reporting misleads lenders into believing I am delinquent, resulting in higher interest rates and repeated credit denials. This violates FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) and constitutes reckless reporting. \nXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX | High Credit : {$430.00} | Charge Off * * This account is unverified. Story : XXXX XXXX has failed to produce original contracts or payment history. The charge-off is reported without verification, misrepresenting my financial responsibility. Because of this, lenders have rejected my loan applications, and I have been forced into high-cost alternatives for necessary credit. This violates FCRA 611. \nXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX | High Credit : {$540.00} | Charge Off * * This account is inaccurately reported and unverified. Story : XXXX XXXX has not supplied documentation to validate this debt. Reporting this account as a charge-off is misleading and harmful. The repeated appearance of unverified accounts on my credit report creates a false impression of financial irresponsibility and has prevented me from accessing credit that I rightfully deserve. This violates FCRA 623 ( b ) ( 1 ) .\\ XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX | High Credit : {$120.00} | Charge Off * * This account is reported as a charge-off but lacks proper verification. Story : I never received signed agreements, billing statements, or account validation. The small balance has been reported disproportionately as a charge-off, negatively affecting my credit score and misrepresenting my financial responsibility. Lenders have denied credit applications based on this unverifiable information. This violates FCRA 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) and 611. \nXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX | High Credit : {$460.00} | Charge Off * * This account is inaccurately reported. Story : XXXX has not provided any documentation validating this debt. Reporting an unverifiable charge-off violates FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) and 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). The negative reporting has harmed my creditworthiness, caused denial of loans, and created undue stress. The account must be immediately deleted until validation is provided. \nXXXXXXXX XXXX Date of Inquiry : XX/XX/XXXX | Inquiry Only * * I dispute this hard inquiry as unauthorized. Story : I did not apply for credit with XXXX XXXX. FCRA 604 ( a ) ( 3 ) requires that inquiries be authorized by the consumer. It has created financial hardship and made it difficult for me to provide stability for my family. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Account XXXX. XXXX Open Date XXXX XXXX, XXXX High Balance {$12000.00} Charge Off This account is reporting as a charge off even though student loans under federal protection are not to be reported inaccurately or in a misleading way. Under the Higher Education Act and FCRA Section 605 ( a ) ( 5 ), obsolete or false reporting of government-related obligations is prohibited. This is damaging my record unfairly and needs removal. Because of this inaccurate reporting, I have faced emotional stress, denial of refinancing options, and limited access to financial aid programs. It is unjust for me to carry the burden of inaccurate reporting on an account that should not be marked as charged off in this manner. \nXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Account XXXX. XXXX Open Date XXXX XXXX, XXXX High Balance {$9200.00} Charge Off This is another duplicate entry of the same obligation being reported twice, which is misleading and unlawful. The FCRA requires fair and accurate reporting and duplication of the same debt is a violation of FCRA Section 607 ( b ). This double reporting inflates the appearance of my debt burden and is causing serious harm. This duplication makes it look like I owe twice as much as I actually do, which has caused me to be denied loans, denied credit cards, and embarrassed when creditors assume I am a high-risk borrower. This false reporting creates unnecessary stress and damages my reputation. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX Account No. XXXX Open Date XX/XX/XXXX High Balance {$210.00} Charge Off This is being reported inaccurately. XXXX XXXX is a debt collector and under the FDCPA Section 807 ( 8 ), it is illegal to report credit information which is known or should be known to be false. This item must be deleted because the reporting is incomplete and unverifiable. This inaccurate entry makes it look like I am unwilling to pay even a small debt, which is damaging my integrity and character in front of lenders. I have suffered financial loss because even though the amount is small, the negative reporting has a huge impact on my credit score. \nXXXX XXXX Account XXXX. XXXX Open Date XXXX XXXX, XXXX High Balance {$1400.00} Charge Off This account is being reported inaccurately as a charge off. This reporting is misleading and does not reflect the true status. FCRA Section 602 ( A ) clearly states that consumer reporting must be fair and equitable, yet this furnisher and the bureaus have failed to maintain accuracy. Because of this false charge-off, I have been denied rental housing, turned away by lenders, and placed in a position where I can not move forward financially. This has created emotional distress and ongoing financial damage to me and my family. \nXXXX XXXX Account XXXX. XXXX Open Date XX/XX/XXXX High Balance {$520.00} Late Payment This account is reporting late payments that are not accurate. Under FCRA Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), furnishers are not allowed to report information if they know or should know it is inaccurate. I have already disputed this account, but the bureaus have failed to properly investigate under FCRA Section 611. Because of this false reporting, I have suffered higher interest rates, been denied fair credit opportunities, and endured unnecessary stress trying to prove my payment history. This false negative mark unfairly damages my financial reputation. \nXXXX XXXX Account XXXX. XXXX Date Opened XX/XX/XXXX High Balance {$3300.00} Collection This account is reported inaccurately. XXXX XXXX XXXX is a debt collector and under FDCPA Section 807 ( 8 ), it is illegal for a debt collector to report credit information known to be false. Additionally, the account has not been properly validated as required by FDCPA Section 809. This false entry makes me appear irresponsible and has directly caused denial of loans and emotional distress. \nXXXX XXXX Date XX/XX/XXXX Inquiries This inquiry is inaccurate and unauthorized. Under FCRA Section 604, only permissible purpose inquiries are allowed. This entry was not authorized by me and must be removed. These types of inquiries have reduced my credit score and negatively impacted my credibility with lenders. \nXXXX XXXX Date XX/XX/XXXX Inquiries This hard inquiry was not authorized and was made without permissible purpose. FCRA Section 604 strictly prohibits unauthorized credit pulls. This inquiry makes it look like I applied for more credit than I actually did, which damages my profile unfairly. \nXXXX XXXX Date XX/XX/XXXX Inquiries This inquiry is also unauthorized. I never gave written or verbal consent for this credit pull. Under FCRA Section 604 ( a ) ( 2 ), inquiries without consumer consent are not permissible. These unauthorized inquiries have damaged my score and caused me to be denied favorable credit offers. \nThese inaccurate late payments, collections, duplicate accounts, and unauthorized inquiries are violations of my rights under FCRA Sections 602, 607, 609, 611, 623 and FDCPA Section 807. Because of these violations, I have been denied credit, charged higher interest, and endured emotional distress. I have fully paid off 13 of these loans on time or in advance and still have 9 more that are open and for which I have made all payments on time. I plan to continue paying all of the valid loans until they are paid in full as per the terms of the loans. This last XXXX in XXXX I noticed a fraudulent charge on my account and a loan in the amount of {$300.00} show up in my account which I did not authorize. I had never heard of the retailer ( It's a XXXX - an online haircare retailer ). I contacted Affirm to alert them that I did not recognize the purchase, nor did I authorize it, nor did anyone else have access to my computer or account, and no one had permission to do so. I obtained a police report and provided this to Affirm. I also contacted the retailer, \" It's A 10 '', who was named as the recipient of the money provided in the loan and they confirmed that they did not see any charges in their system by me, no record of any purchase being done by me nor any record of the last four digits of the one-time credit card that was created in order to make the purchase. I provided all of this information to Affirm as well. Affirm stated that they would investigate the matter and provided me with a case number. After speaking with Affirm representatives on the phone on a few different occasions I was advised, finally, during a call on XX/XX/XXXX that they agreed that the charge was fraudulent, I would not be responsible for it and that Affirm would provide information to the credit agencies should my credit get hit with any negative hits if they were not able to alert the agencies in time and that I should not make any payments. Later the same day of my last phone call with them, I received an email from Affirm stating they completed their investigation and I would now be responsible for the charge and gave two reasons for their decision ( 1. my usage patterns observed in both disputed and previous loan ( s ) where the IP Address, device used, and purchasing pattern were identical., ( untrue, I do not have any identifiable usage patterns other than I use their service in the first place, they never provided the IP address or any device identifiers they claim the loan request came from ).\n\n2. the multiple notifications and information you have received about the disputed loan ( s ), but failing to notify Affirm that this activity was unauthorized until a significant amount of time had passed. This reason is invalid as I made my first complaint less than 30 days after the loan fraudulent loan was created. \nAdditionally, their subsequent responses completely contradicted what I had been told on the phone on XX/XX/XXXX so I responded to their email in an effort to escalate the issue and refute their decision. I also requested they review the recording of the phone calls I made and they have ignored this. I did NOT make the charge and I am NOT going to pay for anything I did not order or authorize. I am very upset that they have denied my request to have that charge removed from my account and the loan deleted and any reports to the credit agencies stopped or corrected. I also discovered in an online search that this company has had data breaches in the last year and is now being sued for not protecting their customers ' data. I believe this is what happened to me and they just don't was to do anything about it and are trying to get me to pay for something for which I am NOT responsible because it is easier for them to handle things in this manner rather than admitting either a data breach or fraud. I also contacted the third-party bank that is used to fund the loans and they said Affirm would need to handle any claims as they are the custodian of my data. Additionally, XXXX, our identity theft provider, also stated that Affirm would be the party responsible. This misreporting is misleading, harmful, and a violation of my rights under FCRA 1681i. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Balance Owed : {$1100.00} Charge Off * This entry is inaccurate and misleading. The reporting of a charge off for this account has unfairly lowered my credit score. These entries are either unverifiable, fraudulent, or duplicative. Because of them, I have been denied credit, housing, and financial opportunities. I have also suffered XXXX XXXX, embarrassment, and financial hardship. \nI request that the CFPB investigate these items and enforce deletion of all inaccurate or unverifiable information. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX Wrong Address This address is wrong and has no connection to me. Credit bureaus failed to reinvestigate properly even after disputes. Under FCRA 1681i ( a ), they must reinvestigate and delete unverifiable information, yet this continues to appear. Because of this, I have been treated as if I am associated with other individuals, creating risk of identity theft. I was denied a car loan when the lender questioned why so many wrong addresses were attached to my report. This is an unnecessary humiliation and violation of my consumer rights. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX Wrong Address This is another wrong address that has created confusion and false associations. I have faced questioning from creditors asking why my addresses do not match my identification. This error damages my credibility as a responsible consumer. Under FCRA 1681c, obsolete or false addresses must not remain on a report. Its continued presence violates my rights and must be deleted without delay. \nXXXX XXXX High Balance : {$690.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off This account is being reported as a charge off, but no documentation proving accuracy has ever been provided. I have repeatedly requested validation but received none. Reporting unverifiable debt violates FCRA 1681s-2 ( a ) and FDCPA 1692e. Because of this false report, my credit score has dropped severely, and I was denied approval for a rental apartment, causing instability for my family. The XXXX XXXX of being treated as irresponsible for something not properly validated has harmed me personally. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$970.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off This item is reported as a charge off without proof. No signed contract, statements, or evidence of my responsibility has been given. Under FCRA 1681i ( a ), this must be reinvestigated. Instead, bureaus ignored my dispute and left the item. This has directly caused higher interest rates on my current credit accounts. Lenders see me as a risk because of this unverifiable account. This has put me in deeper financial hardship, which is unfair and unlawful. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$880.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off This XXXX XXXX account is harming me unfairly. It is reported as a charge off with inconsistent balances and payment histories. Under FCRA 1681e ( b ), they must maintain accuracy, but they have not. I was denied a credit card upgrade recently because of this false entry. The humiliation of being told I am too risky when I know this account is not properly validated has caused XXXX, sleepless nights, and emotional suffering. \nXXXX XXXX High Balance : {$400.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off This XXXX XXXX account shows as a charge off but is not supported by any evidence. It appears to have been added without validation, which is a violation of FDCPA 1692g requiring proper debt validation. Because of this, I was denied a personal loan I needed for medical expenses. The denial created additional hardship as I had to borrow money from family and feel embarrassed about my financial standing. This account must be deleted immediately. \nXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX High Balance : {$21000.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off This XXXX XXXX account is a large balance being reported as a charge off. The reporting is damaging me severely and unfairly. No contract, payment record, or legal proof has ever been provided. Under FCRA 1681s-2 ( b ), the furnisher must investigate when disputed. They failed to do so. Because of this entry, I was denied a mortgage refinance, which cost me thousands in additional interest payments. The XXXX and loss I have endured because of this false reporting is enormous. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$34000.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Charge Off This XXXX XXXX XXXX account is reported as a charge off with a high balance that is not accurate. I never received proper validation. It has been reported in a way that makes me look irresponsible when the information itself can not be verified. Under FCRA 1681i and FDCPA 1692e, this is unlawful. This single account alone has prevented me from being approved for a vehicle loan, forcing me to rely on unreliable transportation. It has negatively affected my employment opportunities as well, since reliable transportation is essential. \nXXXX XXXX High Balance : {$2600.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Late payment This account is reporting late payments from XXXX, which is obsolete information. Under FCRA 1681c ( a ) ( 4 ), negative information can not be reported beyond 7 years. Yet this still appears. Because of this, I was embarrassed when a bank officer told me I had late student loan payments from over 20 years ago. This is false, unlawful, and emotionally damaging. It creates the impression that I am financially irresponsible for life, when in fact the law clearly protects me from such reporting. \nXXXX XXXX High Balance : {$2600.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Late payment This is another obsolete account showing late payments beyond the legal reporting limit. Under FCRA 1681c, this is strictly prohibited. Despite disputes, this entry remains, damaging my score. Because of this, I was denied a small business loan I needed to expand my income. The denial has prevented me from improving my financial life, and I am left with XXXX, XXXX, and fewer opportunities because of illegal reporting. \nXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX High Balance : {$810.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Collection * * This is a duplicate of the above XXXX account. Two different entries for the same debt unfairly punish me twice. Because of this duplication, lenders considered me high risk and denied me a needed auto loan. This forced me to rely on unreliable transportation, which nearly cost me my job. The XXXX, embarrassment, and real-life damage from this duplicate entry is unacceptable. It must be deleted immediately. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$430.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Collection * * This account is another inaccurate collection. No evidence of liability has been provided. Because of this entry, I was denied a store credit line to purchase essential household goods. I had to borrow money from friends, leaving me humiliated and dependent on others. FCRA 1681s-2 ( b ) requires furnishers to correct inaccurate information, which has not been done. This item must be deleted. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX High Balance : {$730.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Collection * * Portfolio Recovery is reporting this debt inaccurately and without validation. Because of this item, I was denied medical financing during an emergency, which left me scrambling to find money for treatment. The XXXX and fear I endured during that period can not be described. FDCPA 1692e prohibits false or misleading representation of debts. This account must be removed. \nXXXX XXXXXXXX High Balance : {$4700.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/XXXX Collection * This large collection is unverified and damaging. Because of it, my rental application was denied. I was left in an unstable housing situation, unsure where my family could stay. The humiliation of being rejected in front of my children left me broken. Under FCRA 1681e ( b ), reporting agencies must ensure accuracy, but they failed. This unlawful entry must be deleted. \nHard Inquiries Unauthorized & Damaging Under FCRA 1681b, a credit report can only be accessed for permissible purposes. These inquiries were not authorized by me, and many are duplicative or fraudulent. They have lowered my credit score, created suspicion with lenders, and damaged my ability to secure credit. \nXXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Duplicate inquiry for the same company. This double reporting worsened my score unfairly. The duplication caused lenders to question my stability, leading to denial of financing. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Unauthorized inquiry. I was not even in communication with this company. Because of this, I was denied a personal loan for emergency travel. The XXXX this caused is still affecting me. \nXXXX XX/XX/XXXX Unauthorized inquiry. I did not pursue credit with XXXX. Because of this, my score decreased, and I was denied a credit card approval. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX This inquiry was made without permission. It damaged my creditworthiness and created suspicion with other lenders. This is unlawful under FCRA 1681b. \nXXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Unauthorized auto inquiry. I did not apply here. This created the false impression that I was seeking multiple auto loans. This is misleading and harmful. \nXXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Unauthorized inquiry. This reduced my score at a time when I desperately needed financing. Because of this, I was denied approval, leaving me financially stranded. \nHarm & Impact Because of the above inaccurate reporting, I have : Been denied housing opportunities. \nBeen denied auto loans and forced to use unreliable transportation. \nPaid higher interest rates on emergency loans. \nLost credibility with landlords, lenders, and employers. \nSuffered XXXX XXXX, humiliation, and sleepless nights worrying about my financial stability. \nRequested Action I request that the CFPB investigate and enforce the immediate deletion of : Wrong addresses All charge-offs All unverifiable late payments Duplicate and unverifiable collection accounts Unauthorized and duplicate inquiries These items are inaccurate, unverifiable, and unlawful. I request full deletion to restore my creditworthiness.","date_sent_to_company":"2025-09-02T01:56:55.000Z","issue":"Improper use of your report","sub_product":"Credit reporting","zip_code":"77449","tags":null,"has_narrative":true,"complaint_id":"15636518","timely":"Yes","company_response":"Closed with explanation","submitted_via":"Web","company":"Experian Information Solutions Inc.","date_received":"2025-09-02T01:52:43.000Z","state":"TX","company_public_response":"Company has responded to the consumer and the CFPB and chooses not to provide a public response","sub_issue":"Reporting company used your report improperly"},"highlight":{"complaint_what_happened":["Because of this, I was denied a small business loan I needed to expand my income.
