He said they had tried to contact me by mail at an address- where my daughter had once lived. He then told me I still owed $ 13,000+ on a previous car repossession. And knew my entire social security number and named the model of car. And that they would resolve the debt for {$960.00}. \nThere in fact had been a voluntary repossession of that XXXX XXXX. I am currently paying off the balance with another collection company and have been for several years. \nHe said it was probably too late and already headed to court, but would try to intercede. He put me on hold and when he returned said he could accept the payment. \nI told him I had to go into a Dr appointment and I would ball him back. He gave me this number and extension- XXXX XXXX. He said I only had 2 hours or it was going to court. I asked him several times why he needed MY information, and he said it was part of the vetting. He talked over me and suggested I open a XXXX account. After telling him I was not going to buy XXXX, he still suggested I go to a nearby convenience store and use the store 's Bitcoin ATM. After making this change and disconnecting from Portal Support, I tried logging out and back in again. The same Unknown Error message appeared. This time, I could not toggle Mobile to Phone or make any other changes without getting the same error. I can not get through this screen and no other functionality is allowed. \n\nI filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and waited for a response. ChexSystems advised I must provide my Social Security Number to the agent for assistance and they provided the phone number to Portal Support. \n\nOn XXXX I called Portal Support XXXX, provided my Social Security Number and after an hour of troubleshooting with XXXX, they were unable to fix the issue. They escalated to \" Administration Department of Portal Desk '' and their Supervisor then advised I should try again in 1 business day. I tried the next day and got the same error. The escalation is under my ChexSystems Consumer ID # XXXX On XXXX I called Portal Support XXXX again and provided Luies with my Social Security Number. We spent another 30 minutes trying to troubleshoot instead of reading the escalation report from yesterday. I asked for a Supervisor. The Supervisor XXXX confirmed the original ticket was closed as completed. However, I still have the same issue. The Supervisor is required to submit a new ticket ( instead of opening a new one ) and ChexSystems isn't open on the weekend. XXXX advised they would call me on Monday. We spent more than XXXX hour on the phone. \n\nOn XXXX at XXXX Pacific Time, I received a call from XXXX. There was a XXXX second voicemail with sounds at all. Thinking this might be XXXX advising the issue is resolved, I tried ChexSystems again. The same error appeared after login. I can not get through this screen and no other functionality is allowed. \n\nI called Portal Support XXXX and spoke with XXXX. They put me on hold 3 times to check for XXXX. Eventually, they came back and said XXXX was on the other line and they took a message for XXXX. They advised XXXX would call back on the same day. \n\nI have done everything possible on my end for ChexSystems to fix the bug with their portal and nothing seems to work correctly. Support has submitted two escalation bugs and will not provide an option where I can test it live, nor will they allow me to share screenshots of the issue. \n\nThis issue is preventing me from accessing, managing, updating, and unfreezing, my ChexSystems credit report. I am not comfortable sending my information to ChexSystems through the mail and nor should I be isolated from all other customer functionality due to a bug with the ChexSystems portal. Rather than respond to this complaint with a summary of my activity since XXXX  ( which is what ChexSystems does on most of these complaints ), please have a Senior Manager of Portal Support reach out to me at XXXX so this issue can be quickly resolved. The store properly Activated the card. \n\nI have remained in possession of the card at all times and have not shared or shown it to anyone. \n\nXX/XX/23 I went online to Register the card, which involved logging-in to the designated website using the cards credentials XXXX card number and XXXX XXXX XXXX on the back. At that time, I discovered the value on the card was {$260.00}, not the {$500.00} I had purchased. \n\nPanicked, I called the number on the card to report an apparent theft. After providing the cards credentials, I was asked for the registered name. When I gave my name, the phone call was terminated several times. After clicking around the cards Account online, I discovered the name & address of the person ( unknown to me ) who registered the card : braine sand, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, nv XXXX. ( Yes , street name spelled here as it appears on the Account. ) Also in the Account was information about the transactions made with this card : XX/XX/23 for {$1.00}, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Florida, XXXX Pre-Authorization XXXX AM XX/XX/23 for {$230.00}, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Nevada XXXX XXXX Purchase ( Domestic ) XXXX XXXX When I called back to the Customer Service number again that night, I knew to first ask to not be hung-up on and gave both the registered name and explained that it was not the same as my name that I was trying to report XXXX. I called this number 7 times that evening before finally being told to fax all the appropriate documentation and it would be reviewed for fraud : front/back of the card, purchase receipt, front/back of my ID, I also included a short letter explaining this sequence of events. Since the XXXX card number is white text and some of the cards background is very light, getting a readable copy of the card was difficult. I completed this task and sent the fax. As a result of this fraud-reporting, the card was de-activated and the remaining balance unable to be used. \n\nWhen I called a few days later to check on the status & receipt of the fax ( as instructed ), I was told that one of the images was insufficient and Id need to re-send everything. I completed this task. \n\nAll of my phone encounters to this point were with customer service agents who seemed limited in the range of service options or information they could provide. \n\nXX/XX/23 I received a call from an unknow number and took a chance and answered it. It was the first person I spoke to who appeared to be able to provide me information about my case. She summarized the status of my claim ( I did not need to re-send the fax any more ), the Fraud/Theft claim was submitted and would be resolved within 90 days, and a card reimbursing me for the remaining value on the card after the theft ( {$260.00} ) would be sent to me. A separate card would be issued for the amount stolen ( {$230.00} ) if the investigation concluded in my favor. \n\nWhen I received the card reimbursing me for the remaining value on the original card following the theft ( {$260.00} ), I registered it at the website indicated on the sticker attached to the card. When I subsequently tried to use the card, it was declined multiple times at restaurants and brick-and-mortar retail locations. When I called back to the customer service number, I was told that this card was registered improperly, it got thrown into fraud, and Id need to repeat the faxing exercise again with this card. I was told to either register it online, or they could transfer me to the Automated system to register the card. After explaining again that the online website did not accept the card, I agreed to be sent to the Automated system. When asked for my cards XXXX number, I entered it, and the system sent me to a phone rep the same call center I had just called! I rode this circle XXXX times on XXXX phone-call before insisting on another approach. Then the call-rep told me to press the # XXXX in the Automated system. I tried to explain that there were no options presented just silence while the call transferred then a voice saying to enter the XXXX card number. Pressing XXXX at this point would only be entering a card number! She told me to press XXXX during the silence while I waited for the transfer to the Automated system. Check n Go was one of the loan companies blocked. \nHow can funds have been on their way without my knowledge, approval or signature on a loan agreement? I never was able to view the loan terms or ask about the loan prior to the surprise funding Friday XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX PST ) I logged in and the status was still pending, but there was also a new request to verify my identity by submitting a copy of my government issued identification. I uploaded a copy of my California driver license successfully. \n\nFriday XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX PST ) I logged into my account to check the status and the identity verification message was still there. It didn't reflect my successful upload of my California driver license earlier in the day. \nSo I clicked on the \" contact us '' link which sends an electronic message to customer service. I was able to email customer service using the link provided within my account ( see message details in attachment ). The message details show my message was received by the company at XXXX XXXX. I informed them on this electronic submission contact form, that I uploaded my ID and if approved, would they be able to fund my account before the next Monday. I never received proper notification about an approval. Their response to this message didnt arrive until XX/XX/XXXX. \n\nFriday XX/XX/XXXX ( Various times after XXXX ) I hadn't heard from the company so I tried to log into my account using the correct password that I initially created. I kept getting the same 5 error messages ( see error message details in attachment ) repeatedly with no success. I repeated the reset process several times to include correctly entering a password that met their requirements. The password requirements were displayed separately, after each attempt. Specific or pieces of Password reset information elsewhere is never triggered separately as it is for Check n Go. \n\nNone of the options or instructions contained in the error messages worked and I was never emailed instructions to reset my password until XX/XX/XXXX ( see 3 reset emails received from company in attachment ). \nWhen trying to satisfy each error message, I met the password requirement and entered several different password combinations with at least one number and one letter ( i.e. XXXX! or XXXX! ) and I still got the same 5 error messages that didnt make sense, as I entering different passwords correctly based on the error message type. \nThen I got another type of error message stating that I need to enter a password with at least 8 characters as they specified. No matter what I did, including entering correct password criteria, I was never able to reset my password and access my account. \nAfter at least 5 password attempts, I proceeded to call the 800 number as noted everywhere in their communications and on their website, but I was never able to get through. I repeated the reset process many times because it didn't make sense, if I'm entering the correct criteria, why do I keep getting rerouted through each error message over and over again? \n\nFriday XX/XX/XXXX XXXX various times throughout the day ) I called the 800 listed as noted and still was not able to get through. The greeting stated to enter my zip code so I could be routed to the respective store in my area. \nAfter I entered my zip code, I was routed to the XXXX location and their greeting stated their offices are now closed, to please call back on the next business day. The next business day would be the following Monday XX/XX/XXXX. \n\nXX/XX/XXXX My bank was credited with loan fund amount of XXXX XX/XX/XXXX An ACH debit for {$XXXX} was taken from my checking account. This was their second big surprise. I never knew what the monthly repayment terms were until XX/XX/XXXX. I was very worried and felt extremely nervous, as I used the surprised funding. I was in distress, hence me seeking an installment loan. I decided, oh well, I did apply and I did get the loan funds. I was feeling like this was my obligation to pay. \n\nXX/XX/XXXX The second payment for {$XXXX} was taken from my checking account. \n\nXX/XX/XXXX I felt that although I was funded, I never signed a contract agreeing to those terms. It's wrong to surprise a person already in financial distress with {$XXXX} and charge a repayment rate of % XXXX resulting in a total loan payment of {$XXXX} after 11 payments of {$XXXX} each month. If I could truly afford this loan and still be able to feed my family, I wouldn't have needed a loan in the first place. \nDue to the uneasiness and stress of this new obligation, I called my bank and submitted paperwork to reverse the fees. While I did use the funds, I realized that I never signed a loan agreement. The process took a few days and was finally credited back to my account on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$XXXX}. \n\nXX/XX/XXXX As I was retracing my steps and trying to recall and retrieve all events & applicable documentation leading up to this predatory loan, I found the notice of approval that was auto generated & sent from XXXX. The date and time showing as received in my gmail inbox is : XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX. \n\nXX/XX/XXXX Due to the reversal of fees from my bank, a Check n Go representative called me to ask for my debit card number. I explained to him that I never received the loan agreement and that I could not afford their terms and that I would be disputing the matter with concerned regulating agencies or other concerned parties regarding my consumer rights and the fact that I never signed a contract with them. \nAlso, a follow up email about how I could repay the loan was sent the same day. I received two communications in one day about repayment. \n\nXX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX PST ) Company sends me notice regarding bank reversal and requesting that I contact them to start repaying this now delinquent loan. My XXXX payment includes interest and totals {$XXXX}. \n\nXX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX PST ) I emailed the following message to the company : The links sent do not work. I applied for this loan, but was declined, then I was \" surprised '' to see the money in my account, but no one had discussed payment agreement. I would not have accepted the loan at the rate or payment of {XXXX} per month. That defeats the purpose of needing money. I needed money and a loan, but the payment per month is too costly and I can not afford that. I think this business practice of the surprise element is predatory. You know I was desperate, but funding me unexpectedly without discussing payment terms with me is unacceptable. \n\nI will repay the loan, but the links do not work, just as I tried to log into my account before you all funded me, but was and still am unable to access my account to date. I will document these events for future purposes, to include contacting the Federal Trade Commission for violations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. \n\nI still can not access my account to view the activity to include message history, loan signing history/proof. They never bothered to follow up with me regarding the loan terms or approval. Well they did up to the point they successfully validated that I was in fact the borrower when I submitted my official ID. They obviously verified my bank info and that I did, in fact, have an active valid checking account from which they could take my money at whatever term they agreed upon for me. \nI have received over 10 calls and emails since I reversed the fees. \nTheir contact us number XXXX doesn't work ; you can't get a real live person on the phone. It leads you in circles to your respective store location that is closed. This number is listed on all messages prior to them funding your account/loan. You are not given their actual customer email address until you default or become late with your payments. All other contact us links sends you to an online submission form which gets routed to their customer service. \n\nIronically, t the return call phone number XXXX can also connect you to a real live person if you press option 2 during business hours. But first, immediately the caller/customer is given step by step instructions to enter your financial information through their auto payment system which is open and can accept payments at any time of the day. They do not offer the same availability and flexibility for consumers trying to inquire about their loan terms or ask questions about any discrepancies. Offering unlimited hours by which to receive automatic payments benefits them and ultimately creates a greater possibility of ensuring they can receive repayment funds. \nOnce they have your bank account verified, they approve you right away and auto determine loan terms. They already have your bank information early on because it's required to apply for the loan. We worked hard for this home, not to be taken away due to so many breaches of contracts. I knew that I had to get all my business in order after the loss of my husband, so I called Shellpoint and asked what our payment was and about some concerns I had seen in our contract. I noticed the MIN # XXXX and below that XXXX phone # XXXX so I called on XX/XX/XXXX, and asked can you explain what a XXXX is, I did not get her name, she proceeded to say we monitor your mortgage payment, \" I asked what my standing payments look like, and I asked this because our contract was sold to a debt consolidation agency Shellpoint '', and she said XXXX I can not help you, you need to call your Mortgage company. I said XXXX, they are not willing to answer my questions, and you just told me that you monitor mortgage payments, so why can I not get my information? She got nasty and said I am ending this call and hung up on me. In my contract, it states \" XXXX  '' is a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX  is a separate corporation that is acting solely as a nominee for Lender and Lender 's successors ( thats me ) and assigns. So I reported this to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and heard nothing back from them so I sent them another report, but this time I scheduled an appointment for XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX XXXX  XXXX, I waited for a couple of hours and received an email that they wanted me to call them at XXXX XXXX. Now this was already about XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, so I called the number they left on the email and left a message. At approximately XXXXXXXX XXXX  XXXX a gentleman called me and he said his name was XXXX and how he could help. I explained to him my experience when I called XXXX  and he said that he could not help me and that everything on the site is free information, yes sir that is true, however, there is a place where you can file a complaint and that is what I did and you're telling me that there is nothing that you can help me with, no XXXX. He told me to go back online and file an audit complaint. There is a fee for that. I said wait a minute you're saying you can not help me, and I need to pay for a service to get help. This is why I filed a complaint. He said mame call XXXX at XXXX and tell him XXXX sent you bye. Wait wait sir I am not done, so there is nothing that you want to help me with? No bye, XXXX was very short and rude. So as I continued looking over our contract I came across many discrepancies. It came to my knowledge about forbearance. I was able to make XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXXXXXX  payments of {$1500.00}, then I was struggling, so they said because of my loss they could help me out with a forbearance they asked if this would help, and I said please explain, so they went on to tell me this is because you're in a hardship and we want to help you out because we know how this has and can affect you. Now what they did not say was that this was going to have to be paid back and or added to the back of our loan. So as a grieving widow, I put all my trust in them, because I felt they were protecting me and our XXXX XXXX, and our best interest was that this is our primary home, however, they have me in default and foreclosure and I want to know how and why? So as I continued to read our contract line per line I noticed many things. First off \" banking is NOT money lending ; to lend, a money lender must have money. The fundamental banking activity is accepting, that is, guaranteeing that some party is creditworthy a bank, by accepting a debt instrument, agrees to make specified payments if the debtor will not or can not 12 USC 1431. So then who did we borrow this money from? XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX then sold it to XXXX XXXX XXXX  then they sold it to NewRez, and now NewRez has sold it to Shellpoint, a debt collecting agency. Now the ONLY contract we ever signed was XXXX XXXX XXXX, so right there are 4 new contracts one is incomplete without the signatures of either myself, my late husband, our attorney, or the underwriter, and the other 3 contracts where are they? What is the statute of limitations for breach of contract in Illinois? The general rule is that you have five years to sue on an unwritten ( oral ) contract or agreement and ten years on a written contract. The day we were signing our contract the Notary was not present. I asked where she was and the attorney said she would sign and notarize all documents later, I said by law she has to be here to witness and verify our signatures, and our attorney said it was okay ( Security Fraud ). I have noticed that our contract had been sold multiple times and we were not aware, nor did we sign a new contract with the newly established mortgage company NewRez or Shellpoint. Then our contract was sold to a debt collection agency in an attempt to collect a debt. \" Newrez LLC dba Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing is a debt collector. This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Newrez LLC dba Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing 's NMLS ID is XXXX. '' Shellpoint Mortgage servicing utilizes third-party providers in connection with the servicing of your loan. Every time I ask about this they have lied to me and say they are not a debt collecting agency. They will not give me a reason as to why that is. I said I have never been late nor am I behind so why am I in collections? XXXX said that they work within NewRez therefore they are not a third-party debt collector, but any debt in collections is a third party. I have found so many breaches of contract XXXX ILCS XXXX. XXXX negligence contributing to forged signature or alteration of the instrument, where they forged my son 's initials 5-109 Fraud and Forgery, time at our previous residence was incorrect, and our SSI amounts that we made, they put my husband as making {$1600.00} and he was ONLY making {$1200.00} and had me at making {$1900.00} and I only made {$900.00}, they took our SSI award letters and did ( security fraud ) by changing the number to fit their numbers, XXXX. SSA UCC Article 8 Investment Securities ( 1994 ). 8 U.S. Code 1324c - Penalties for document fraud They said that our son was a dependent and that is not true. Documents were not signed, and our names were not done correctly First, Middle, Last. No signature from our attorney. The Affidavit of Title is not our name. Why is my husband 's name ONLY on some of these pages of the contract if we both should be on all documents and why did they have to use our son 's name and social Security status? Again to finagle with the contract ( security fraud ). \nWhen we signed our contract we were NOT told that they put a lean out on it, when they said we were approved for the loan no money was exchanged into our hands that is where the lean came from. 12 USC 8 3A when we signed our documents on XX/XX/XXXX, within 45 days from that date our home was paid in full, with our XXXX XXXX. ( security fraud ) what they did was monetize our loan behind our backs. What does monetize mean? In the banking sector, monetize may be used to mean the process of turning an asset into legal tender. It can also be used informally to mean the exchange of possession for a cash equivalent such as charging fees for intellectual property or selling a security interest. What do you mean by legal tender? \nLegal tender is anything recognized by law as a means to settle a public or private debt or meet a financial obligation, including tax payments, contracts, and legal fines or damages. What is the exchange of possession for a cash equivalent? Cash equivalents are securities that are meant for short-term investing. Normally, they have solid credit quality and are highly liquid. True to their name, they are considered equivalent to cash because they can be converted to actual cash quickly. Credit quality is a measure of the financial solvency of an individual or an entity such as a company or a government. Specifically, it is an evaluation of the ability of that person or entity to repay their debts. \nOur very own trust money was what paid for the down payments and the loan, however, there should have been no down payment 12 CFR ( XXXX ) XXXX, if our credit was extended 15USC 1662. So Shellpoint is double dipping and wants more money. On legal documents, our attorney scratched out our information and put her information ( security fraud ) ,8 U.S. Code 1324c - Penalties for document fraud. \nIt also states that we purchased this property ( lot XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX also known as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Illinois XXXX for {$10.00}. How can we qualify for FHA Loan # XXXX MIC # XXXX ( first-time home buyers ) 42 U.S. 12852 when this is our 3rd home purchase? And also have a HUD Addendum to Uniform Residential Loan Application? Now we are at 6 breach of contracts. We were never aware of a HUD Application Loan and there are NO signatures. Part IV ( page 3 ) Direct Endorsement Approval for a HUD FHA- Insured Mortgage was NOT signed by the underwriter, nor was the Mortgagee 's Certification signed nor dated there are 8 breaches of contract and that number keeps increasing. I asked her for a copy of my entire contract with them, not once was anything mentioned to me that my home was in foreclosure or default 15 USC1692 ( 1 ), which I knew there wasnt a contract because we never signed any new contracts. However, she said I would send you the closing documents, I said no I want the entire contract from A-Z, and she said I would receive it in 7 days, here we are on XXXX the XXXX and I do not have that contract, however, I have a new contract loan # XXXX that was delivered today XX/XX/XXXX, by XXXX for {$20000.00}. I called Shellpoint and spoke with XXXX XXXX. I asked her what this new claim was for and she said that it was for the {$20000.00} to be added to the back of your loan, then why did you take out another contract ( bond ) if this was going to the back of my loan :? Now again this has extended my credit 12 CFR ( XXXX ) XXXX, upon my knowledge as of today. This was never brought to my attention until today, you said that I qualified for this new program, and that was it. How did I qualify for this loan? XXXX said those are the questions I asked you over the phone. I said are you serious? You did not explain what you were doing nor inform me that this is what you were doing, and I just got this new claim in the mail. Who is the XXXX? XXXX said that it is the program that you qualified for, how when I did not authorize this and my credit score is in the low XXXX and I have tried to get a loan at the bank and was denied because of my credit, so please tell me how I qualify for {$20000.00} because I don't, I only receive {$19000.00} a year from SSD, again ( security fraud. ) I was never told that this was the process that they were taking, they said I quote \" This is going to the back of your loan '', so you want me to pay an additional {$20000.00} on top of {$210000.00} which comes to a grand total of {$230000.00} To which I did not agree too. She said this changes nothing about your existing loan, but it does because the numbers do not add up. If I take this even further in my contract it states by the end of my maturity date XX/XX/XXXXXXXX  we would have paid {$340000.00} thats without this new claim. At the end, I am going to put some numbers together and they do not add up. There are no numbers the same. Where is this application that I called about? That you said I qualified for and Yalls approved me? I never signed anything, but their cover letter says I quote ; ( Congratulations, you are approved for a Standalone Partial Claim. ) Their form of application is talking over the phone and answering some questions. I said no, that is not an application XXXX, I didnt autograph anything giving you or your corporation to approve me or to extend my line of credit 12 CFR ( XXXX ) XXXX. \nWhat does claim mean state or assert that something is the case, typically without providing evidence or proof. I told XXXX I wanted the contract that I requested back on XX/XX/XXXX, to be XXXX  out to me and she said I could not do that I said I have the right to request what's mine and how I want it delivered, she said that's impossible. Okay, I understand no worries I'll go Public and Press the Record. Here they are still claiming off my deceased husband. We recently completed an evaluation of your application, for loss mitigation ( the action of reducing the severity, seriousness, or painfulness of something. ) assistance and we are pleased to inform you that you are approved for a standalone Partial Claim, what application? I filled nothing out nor agreed in writing, meaning to make a contract it takes 2 people 2 signatures. She gave very detailed instructions on filling out this new contract that I did not agree to. I was to date everything as it is dated on the contract XX/XX/XXXX, ( security fraud ) and we know that is not the correct date, ( ALL dates on signature lines and acknowledgments must MATCH ). \nAt the top of page 1 of 3, it says in bold lettering ( ILLINOIS PARTIAL CLAIM NOTE SECONDARY LIEN ) What is a second mortgage loan or \" junior-lien ''? A second mortgage or junior lien is a loan you take out using your house as collateral while you still have another loan secured by your house. I did not agree to this, and this was not discussed with me on the phone so, XXXX XXXX said you qualify for this new program, instead of paying all this lump sum of {$19000.00} we are going to just tack it to the back of your loan. Then why do I have a new contract? That I did not consent to? \nA standalone Partial Claim is a XXXX-interest, so why is this {$20000.00} if there is NO interest as of XX/XX/XXXX, it shows {$19000.00} there is a difference of {$500.00}, and this is a subordinate lien from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ( HUD ) and has to be paid in full upon maturity of the primary note on or before XX/XX/XXXX, primary note and related mortgage, deed or similar Security Instrument are no longer insured by the Secretary. My husband and I locked in our interest rate and payment, for our protection so it could only go down never up. They have my payments going up to {$1500.00}, but this new contract loan # XXXX statement says I can resume making EXISTING monthly payments and that is in the amount of {$1500.00}. And she said that {$1500.00} is for XX/XX/XXXX, starting XX/XX/XXXX, your new payment will be {$1500.00} for a year then it will go down to {$1500.00}. Wait BUT you just told me that nothing in the existing loan changed, but it has in so many ways, without my authorization or autograph. You're telling me this is not a new loan but on this new claim that you just sent me for the {$20000.00} then why does it have the word borrower? What does the word borrower mean? For the purpose of this subsection, the term borrower means an individual who is a new borrower on the date such individual applies for a loan under this part for which the first disbursement is made on or after. 20 USC 1087e ( f ) ( 3 ) So this is telling me there has been a change, Where's that change on paper? ALL this is from losing not just my husband, but loss of his income. This is what Shellpoint called Forbearance. So on this new contract, they are still claiming on my deceased husband 's SSI # and you can not claim on a dead person, why is his name not on this new contract whether he was the head of household deceased or not, because you said, XXXX XXXX, that this doesn't change the existing contract, but it does, because youre still using his SS # and his information. How can I qualify for this loan when I ONLY make {$19000.00} a year? seized In a legal context, seized may be used to refer to a situation in which the government has taken forcible possession of the property, as in seized property. Our presentation was at XXXX pm, however we arrived early ( approximately XXXX pm ). The desk/check in agent was named XXXX. He said he would have us meet XXXX, who was finishing up the last presentation. XXXX said that we would just meet with XXXX, and XXXX informed us we would not be attending the group presentation, since we were there so early and he did not want us to wait too long. \n\nXXXX sat down with us some time between XXXX minuets after XXXX. He asked us several questions about how we travel and what our travel goals were. He explained the benefits and perks of the timeshare program. XXXX of which was a Wyndham Rewards Credit Card. Both XXXX and I stated that we were not interested in a credit card each time it was mentioned. \n\nXXXX then offered XXXX several point rates. We said we were not interested in those packages and they were out of the range that we could spend. He asked us to fill out a credit check application to see what other options we would have. This was completed on XXXX ' XXXX. He offered us a version with lower points and an mentioned the ability to finance a down payment. \n\nFollowing that conversation, XXXX said that our credit came back very good and he would be able to get us completely financed. He said that I needed to verify our eligibility for a loan. ( he always said loan while talking about this part, never credit card ). He sent a link to my phone number ( he had entered it wrong the first time ) and a text arrived at XXXX pm. The text read : \" Hello, XXXX Thank you for considering Citizens Pay to finance you XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX \nPlease click the link below to check your eligibility for a XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX to finance your club XXXX XXXX XXXX \n\n*Website here* Thank you, XXXX XXXX \" I clicked the link on my phone and filled out a form with similar information to the credit check. As I completed that form I got a verification code texted from XXXX XXXX and put that in the form. \n\nAfter completing the form a few moments went by while it verified eligibility. There was a note at the bottom of XXXX of the screens that said this check would not effect my credit history ( paraphrasing here as I can not recall the exact verbiage ). \nAt no point did anyone mention that it would or could be be used for a credit card. \n\nThe website stated that I was eligible. Then it showed a loan amount with a slider below it. Under the slider were numbers that showed interest rate ( 22 % ), monthly payment, total cost of loan, total cost in interest and other information provided when you sign up for a loan. There was a large continue button at the bottom. I did not press this button. I closed the website on my phone. \n\nXXXX and I decided that we did not want to pursue this option, mostly due to the interest rate and the total payments would have been around {$250.00} XXXX and we felt that was too high. \n\nXXXX had stepped away and when he returned we told him that we decided to decline. XXXX said not to worry, he would get the decline paperwork. He returned with at second person, whose name we can not recall. He had a dark beard and spikey dark hair he was approx. XXXX feet XXXX inches and slender. He brought another lower offer for around $ XXXX and very very rapidly talked about using a the XXXX credit card and the Vacation SideKick programs ( this was a discount program that was part of the perks of the timeshare ) to offset the costs of financing the XXXX program. He mentioned the credit card several times. Each time he brought it up, XXXX and I both said that we did not want a credit card. After he finished his very rapid pitch, I said that was far to complicated and we do not want anything to do with a credit card. He said ok and thanked us for his time and left. XXXX also thanked us for his time and said he was going to go. Another person was going to do an exit survey and then get us our vacation gift for attending the presentation. \n\nAnother gentleman with reddish brown hair, who was about XXXX foot XXXX inches came to the table with a survey. We can not recall his name. He asked us a few questions. He then offered us a temporary membership that included XXXX points, Vacation SideKick that expired in XXXX years. This cost {$2000.00} and would lock in the rates for XXXX years. XXXX and I decided this was worth using this as a XXXX XXXX and traveling. We said yes and I paid with my credit card. \n\nHe said that he was able to use the information in the system from when we input it into XXXX ' XXXX. He sent some documents to sign via XXXX, which arrived at my personal email at XXXX pm. They were sent by XXXX XXXX, who we did not meet. I read and completed the forms. I specifically made sure that I was not signing up for any loans, credit cards or anything with a recurring cost. The forms said that there was no interest rate and no further money required. I completed the forms at XXXX pm. I received an email from XXXX that they had been completed at XXXX pm. \n\nWhile I completed the forms, he got us the information for our gift vacation. We completed the conversation and he showed us to a window where XXXX was sitting at a desk. He asked us a few questions about the presentation and our plan. There is a procedural duty to provide correct information.  Whether your investors believe that they were injured will be entirely up to them, and as I stated before, I have never traded the stock of WSFS, nor will I.\n\nI believe theres a substantial likelihood that reasonable investors would consider this disclosure, especially during that time and space in this country, significant not only for the stock, but also in regards to a merger. She provided recommendations, which was appreciated, but I had anticipated this action, not quite in this manner, and had already taken precautions.\n\nAs XXXX XXXX, his firm, and this bank are so keen on accelerated deadlines then I propose my own.  Your bullying tactics and requiring payment in 15 days surrounding $XXXX XXXX in loans was received, and in return I will extend the olive branch for your second go round, much like the first, however, this is the last, as the stakes are significantly higher now, and the equilibrium moment of decision making is actually upon this board and the company.\n\nI speak for myself, as Ive always maintained, and will provide the board a settlement offer. XX/XX/2022 I was approved by Wells Fargo claim department after there investigation and successfully was approved for my claims that is the only record I have on file with Wells Fargo no suspicious actions no fraudulent actions my Wells Fargo everyday checking account states that on the date of XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022 returned payments were sent back to the account by the merchant XXXX  also known as XXXX XXXX XXXX well I reached out to Wells Fargo no only requesting but paying for five stop payments for XXXX XXXX XXXX do yo unauthorized payments these stop payment request were made on XX/XX/2022 throughXX/XX/2022 two days before the unauthorized transactions were successfully made I advised Wells Fargo not to pay this merchant because I did authorize any current payments or future payments I did this on XX/XX/2022 Wells Fargo continued to pay this merchant unauthorized payments through the month of XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/2022 in the sum of XXXX  I have attached the proof of the stop stop payment request paying this merchant after Wells Fargo approved two claims for me on behalf of this merchant due to unauthorized transaction that is crazy however after I started requesting investigation of my missing money Wells Fargo denied a claim on XX/XX/2022 for this merchant stating they did not think the transaction was unauthorized well how do Wells Fargo explain approving the same claim a month earlier for the same merchant for the same reason unauthorized transaction how can you approve and then deny same merchant same reason with five stop payment request on file 30 days before this transactions were requesting Wells Fargo not to pay this merchant I did everything right I submitted these stop payment requests 30 days before these transactions Wells Fargo still keep paying the payments didnt stop not even after I closed the account withXX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and removed all banking information it didnt stop until the block was put on both of my Wells Fargo checking accounts everyday checking account and prime checking account this is my final request i XXXX XXXX am requesting in writing the reason why my accounts are handled by Wells Fargo fraud lost and prevention Dept the large amount of claims I submitted was on behalf of my money not Wells Fargo this was not a Wells Fargo credit card or I had a negative bank account these claims were on behalf of my money that was deposited into both of my Wells Fargo checking accounts everyday checking account and prime checking account and I want in writing the answer to where is the rest of my money I had large sums of funds deposited into both of my Wells Fargo checking accounts everyday checking account and prime checking account I have received numerous different explanations from the Wells Fargo executive office the case specialist XXXX XXXX  spent not even 10 mins on my case at XXXX XXXX  is that what Wells Fargo thinks of there customers especially customers that accounts are over XXXX dollars this is the treatment I get for trusting Wells Fargo with my settlement money..and then what makes it worse iam being treated like a criminal for no reason because I want Wells Fargo to take accountability for my money last I checked that what a bank financial institution does I had know idea that Wells Fargo did this to there members after this incident happened to me I found out that Wells Fargo has numerous class action law suits from there members and Wells Fargo publically admitted that they stole over XXXX XXXX dollars from there members lord if I knew this I would have never trusted Wells Fargo with one cent of my money I cant believe that Wells Fargo bank is still running if any other companies did these actions criminal charges would be brought up Wells Fargo operates like a XXXX skems  if iam spelling it right rather I get a written response from Wells Fargo iam reporting Wells Fargo s actions toward me to the federal trade commission and any other government agency I can report this act of crime Wells Fargo stole my money if I can I would press criminal charges against Wells Fargo I XXXX sure am going to try I compared Wells Fargo to XXXX skeam  because once the skeam is made aware of then the company cuts all ties with the person or company stop communication and disappears well sounds exactly what Wells Fargo done to me I havent received any more bank statements since my XXXX  bank statement the Wells Fargo customer service reps no longer have access to my XXXX XXXX bank statements nor my XX/XX/2022 bank statements which should not be any on the fact that as of XX/XX/2022 both bank accounts were blocked all debit cards were deactivated online banking was blocked so I had know why to make transactions if I wanted to like I said Wells Fargo needs to be in prison like any other conspiracy company the ceo of Wells Fargo who continue to steal money and not hold accountability for Wells Fargos members but have no problem paying for cheap labor in the XXXX  with employees not from the United States and have no clue of the United States laws and the United States of America federal trade commission policy and guidelines the permission Wells Fargo paid this merchant after my XXXX XXXX  paid XXXX dollars for 5 stop payment request due to unauthorized transactions I have attached my last bank statements screen shot of the stop payment request confirmation emails I also screenshot the transactions iam questioning about and demanding Wells Fargo bank to take accountability financially for there bank statements iam requesting that Wells Fargo bank honor there bank statements these are Wells Fargo bank statements by Wells Fargo Bank not acknowledging there bank statements sent to me through email also attached to my Wells Fargo online banking and also mailed to me as well as sent to my email via secure email by my login which Wells Fargo bank has deleted all communication to me from them via secure email however I saved every last one of them why would Wells Fargo delete all communication electronically to me why that is what criminals do and that is a action of guilt covering up any documented proof like a thief I have also attached the United States federal trade commission government agency so one of their officers can see one of my many written request after this email is sent iam reaching out paid this merchant all the way up toXX/XX/2022after approving two claims on my behalf for unauthorized transaction and then denied a claim after I was asking about missing funds , you guys denied a claim for XXXXXXXX XXXX this merchant for the same reason unauthorized transaction after having five stop payments on file for this merchant and two approved claims yet still you paid this merchant XXXX XXXXhree weeks after knowing this information that five stop payments and two approved claims supporting that any request funds from this merchant is unauthorized why did you pay them , and then
