But back to That I found out yesterday I have multiple files that are causing the hard inquiries and weird informations they requested I fax them my driver 's license, social security card, and other identifying information however I don't trust them anymore so I'm using your agency in hopes that they will not use my information improperly. They're misinformation has caused me not to be able to get a decent place to live now I'm living in a neighborhood that is very dangerous and drug-infested, isolated from family and people Ive known all my life because this is the only place I could get with their bad marks. I believe they have done so because it appears to be basically resolved with the other XXXX credit bureaus but Trans Union won't resolve it and keep lowering my credit rating, which was XXXX when this all started. \n\nI think the way this happened is that someone was able to get into my XXXX account using my email address, and then changing it to XXXX of their email addresses so they could access everything in that report I guess.
