Equifax lowered my score by 107 points due to their error and also during a fraud alert and freeze on my Equifax report they allowed a company to conduct a hard inquiry that I did not solicit. The company is XXXX. Equifax says it was from XX/XX/XXXX, but my credit monitoring service shows that it was a new inquiry from the past few days. Basically, Equifax failed to correct wrong addresses that I disputed within a timely fashion. It has been more than 30 days that I disputed wrong addresses, names, employment and credit accounts and still the wrong information is on my report.
