HOWEVER- Several representatives said they were looking at the copy of my driver 's license and cover letter which was included in the packet of documents I mailed. Obviously, they received the documents!!! The representatives are demanding we send MORE copies of the very documents ( social security cards and birth certificates ) to them again. So send an email with the front and back of the driver 's license front and back of the birth certificate in the front and back of the social security card, the other information that they requested was the disc case number my banking institute my new banking institute and what program I'm a part of that sends the direct deposit to XXXX XXXX.
