All of the disputes were signed by me and included a legible copy of my identity ( copy of a current drivers license ENLARGED ) and ( a copy of my social security card ). I received a response letter from Experian stating that \" we received a suspicious request regarding my personal credit '' \" and they refused to conduct a dispute. Experian had a copy of social security card and my drivers license as VALID PROOF that I am the consumer that sent in the dispute. Experian also has my signature as VALID PROOF that it was indeed myself that sent in the dispute. Experian automated system that is being utilized appears to be programed to use stall form letters and tactics when they are out of compliance and appears to be willfully refusing to dispute and is in violation of the FCRA & FDCPA.
