HOWEVER- Several representatives said they were looking at the copy of my driver 's license and cover letter which was included in the packet of documents I mailed. Obviously, they received the documents!!! The representatives are demanding we send MORE copies of the very documents ( social security cards and birth certificates ) to them again.
