A couple of weeks later I got notified of a change on my credit report and report and negative changes from from a credit monitoring service .Upon looking at these inquiries there were several that that did not belong to me as well as another name that was added on to my account as another name known as, a man, and it also listed addresses in in Nebraska and and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of this information is related to me nor is this person. I contacted TransUnion who said that the company 's had reported my information to them and They then told me that I would need to contact those companies to get a letter or get them to remove the inquiry. After contacting these agencies they never did an inquiry On me, and after contacting one of them and investigating further it was determined that my social security number is XXXX digit different from this other person 's. I believe my social security number was changed to this when my name was updated And this was the person that the companies were reporting to the credit agency, resulting in the combining of his credit with mine. The mistake must have happened when I submitted information to change my name and all of that was entered into TransUnion system. All of these inquiries showed up at XXXX time. After talking with TransUnion on several occasions They shared that they did not make this mistake and that these other Companies had Done an inquiry on me. I have confirmed that they had done inquiries on the other person who is unrelated to me and not myself.. TransUnion is refusing to fix this mistake other than removing his name and his address from my credit report but his address is still there as of a week ago. There are also several soft inquiries and regular inquiries that belong to this man and are on my credit report. I am concerned that if they do not make this change and fix this that all future inquiries that are on this person will be connected to my credit report and that I will never be able to get it removed as there are Several and the companies are not cooperative considering they did not do an inquiry on me. The large number of credit agency information breaches justifies the Social Security Agency refusal to provide consumer data ( SSNs ) to credit agencies. \n\nThe questionnaire was a distraction. If I trust them again with all my private information, they do nothing to repair their fraudulent credit report. This was proven in XXXX. \n\nCRAs do not collect information from consumers, but rather collect it from businesses, including credit card companies, banks, employers, landlords, and others. When an individual applies for credit, the lender will pull their credit report from XXXX or one of the other CRAs to see if they have a history of repaying their debts. \n\nWhen consumers make a dispute, they often fail to get an adequate answer, or any answer at all, from the credit reporting company. \n\nSince XXXX, I found other irregularities. I was unable to open credit union accounts or get credit. For example, XXXX would have allowed me to put money into an account, but not to take money out ). My current landlord forces me to XXXX for a rent voucher to take with CASH to a distant cash-transfer location XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They refuse to accept a check from a debit account, or to take cash to the rental company office in person. Equfax has only one agenda enrichment of self regardless of fact, and regardless of truthfulness of those facts. XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, having Equifax previously respond indicating it did n't report, then reporting such without notification of change, and now stating that its verified, when the verification standard only includes their statement, but not factual, since it does n't bear my name. XXXX, a collection for XXXX XXXX, which i did n't open, that once again does n't bear my name or the creditor has not contract or proof that i ever applied for such service, yet reporting as verified. In the effort to prevent unauthorized usage of my information my social security number and name identification was changed, and yet equifax has continue to allow the pulling by inquiry of my personal information, without my social security number, basically the offender is making up a social security number, and providing my address which gives them my information. I herein request that all inquiries, excuses, and lies from equifax cease, and that the accounts that do n't bear the name identified with the social security number be removed. Rule XXXX was amended to implement the Judicial Conferences privacy policy limiting disclosure of a debtors full Social Security number ( SSN ) on bankruptcy petitions to only the last four digits. Because of this fact, how can the Credit reporting bureaus verify that the bankruptcy based on this policy utilizing the XXXX system belongs to me by reviewing the last 4 digits of a social security number. \n\nAlso, Rule 2002 ( a ) ( 1 ) was amended to require the Bankruptcy Clerk to include the debtors full SSN on the Section 341 meeting notice that is sent to creditors, the U.S. Trustee, and the case trustee, but not on the Section 341 meeting notice that becomes part of the court record.
