This morning I contacted XXXXXXXX XXXX at the phone number XXXX and provided them with the reference number XXXX and spoke with a female by them name of XXXX. She asked for further information such as account number and phone number. I informed her I did not recall phone number and credit report did not provide an account number and I have never received any correspondence for this issue. She stated without either she could not help me. Most recently I received a bill saying my vehicle was disposed of on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and I owe {$2300.00}. There is also a discrepancy in the final odometer reading among the bills as well. During the last year I have received numerous calls from Chrysler Capital trying to collect on this bill, but due to the lack of accuracy in their record keeping I have not made a payment. I was told the amount I owe is not my remaining lease payments, but instead it is the adjusted lease balance less the realized value, meaning they sold my car for less than it was worth and that I owe the difference. I started keeping a log of all communication with Chrysler Capital XX/XX/XXXX because the amount of calls were excessive and unproductive, no one was able to give me accurate information. Many times I was receive calls and they 'd hang up when I answered the phone or it 'd only ring once and hang up. Since XX/XX/XXXX ( in 8 months ) I have received 25 phone calls, 8 of which were hang ups, and one email. Not long after Target called me and informed me that my account was closed for excessive payments, despite the phone rep telling me that it was an approved method for increasing spending power and was viewed as a positive action by the bank. They informed me that they would be refunding the credit balance on the account via a check to the mailing address on file. The prepaid debit cards have been disposed of and they do not accept credits after the initial activation. Months after the incident Target informed me that they decided to return the payments to the original payment method despite them having to go out of the way to do this and process XXXX individual refunds. This is inconsistent with standard practice, both for Target and for the industry standard. After the funds have cleared and the hold period has elapsed, a check is typically issued to the address on file. Target refuses to correct their mistake and says that I need to call the prepaid debit issuer. Target went out of their way to cause this issue, will not even provide proof that the funds were sent, and will not issue the check they had promised to issue as of Saturday XX/XX/2022. Each time sent back as not approved due to time, a line not initialed, something. Forms sent to us the day before they were due. Finally in the final ( 4 ) forebearance, payments accepted and all loan modification paperwork sent repeatedly ( lost by bank ). Then XXXX XXXX XXXX 's office representing Aurora LS, who started the robo signing, false signatures, fraud, fabrication of documents problem in Florida and the Nation, set a date for Summary Judgement in court. I contacted his office and Aurora LS to be sure they were aware we were in a workout/loan mod review. They ( the bank and XXXX XXXX XXXX 's office ) both agreed we were not in danger of foreclosure and it was not necessary for me to attend the court date as it would be pushed forward to wait for the loan modification. I did attend the court date and they asked for summary judgement, did not mention they had advised me by email and phone call the morning of the court hearing that it would be postponed. The Judge saw my email, asked the attorney appearing for Aurora LS if they had this email and they finally admitted they did have that email. The Judge asked for mediation and it to be handled out of court. After a year and a half of trying to deal with the bank I obtained an attorney and he obtained a true loan modfication ( not a trial ) in 24 hours from Aurora after he explained the many problems within our mortgage, and asked for a Qualified Written Request. The court ordered mediation was cancelled because we had come to an agreement with the bank. We paid the trial payment and the 1st payment as requested and returned all documentation to Aurora LS by XXXX tracked mail. They did not return the loan modification or payment instructions. When we inquired ( our attorney ) they said it was still in process. Then Nationstar aquired Aurora loans and we were not notified until much later. I had mailed payments to the Aurora LS office as instructed by our attorney and the customer service staff, they were never returned through my bank. Nationstar when I inquired, told me our Loan Modification was not honored. Through a company XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX NY we asked for Qualified Written Request two times, the bank did not respond. We went to court with Nationstar/Aurora they change who is the plaintiff, and asked for dismissal due to the many problems and provided them with line items of deficiencies. They disposed my husband and I for four hours and asked to not have their witness disposed at this time ( avoided ) until solutions could be discussed. They later offered another loan modification and we had a family tragedy and were unable to respond. We made them aware. When I did provide then with our loan modification documentation, they said any action by Nationstar would be postponed until the loan modification was reviewed. We filed a motion to continue until the loan modification was reviewed, even though they had set a court date. They ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX of XXXX XXXX, Fl. ) advised they were also asking for a continuance at the request of Nationstar. We were foreclosed on XXXX XXXX, 2017. We have sent a list of grievances to all of the agencies recommended by our Mortgage Examiner. There are enumerous problems to possibly include appraisal fraud, reverse engineered amounts to make mortgage amount possible, advised we could change from interest only 8 % percent loan to conventional principle and interest loan when we objected. And they do not have the correct parcel number for this property. We have always paid the taxes for this property although they escrow them. We did this to prevent a tax sale and advised them they were paying wrong tax. They force placed insurance while we had coverage. Would not change it when we informed them. Our assignment of mortgage from XXXX to Aurora appears to be robo-signed and back dated. We have depositions from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX staff who stated under oath that they signed documents fraudulently and fabricated documents that did not exist. Our mortgage has an allonge that was added to the document later. We have spent {$20000.00} trying to remain in our home that is valued at {$120000.00} and they show a balance of XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke to XXXX at HSBC who told me the card had been stopped and to file a police report. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX saying this issue had been assigned to them for collection. The amount was now {$390.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX sent me a number of statements showing the bill of {$390.00}. In discussions with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I was told that if I pay {$300.00} it would serve a full payment of the charges. I responded by saying that since I did not make the charges, had spoken to HSBC and explained the situation, it would not be logical to make payment. I have written two letters to HSBC and one to XXXX XXXX. It is very difficult to speak with anyone at HSBC and this matter has become totally frustrating. Our credit rating is outstanding and we have never experienced a situation like this. They were to move my whole house full of boxes and furniture as well as my vehicle. I placed {$6000.00} of the cost on a VISA Chase credit card and paid the rest by check. There was a problem with the quality of service which caused damage to my furniture and electronics, and other items were not loaded on the truck because there was n't enough room, although I was told that everything should fit. Important papers were carelessly thrown which severly hampered my business dealings. I opened a dispute in late XX/XX/XXXX for which they contacted me by letter and phone asking for what had occurred. In two separate conversations I explained all that had taken place, and they said that the dispute was regarding poor quality service. When I mentioned all the unwarranted XXXX, I was told that was a separate issue, but that they would attempt to get additional for that. I was informed that this dispute would be resolved in 90 days, 2 billing cycles. They wanted to get receipts of the damage, but in the meantime, all damaged items were to be kept and I could n't get them repaired because XXXX has never sent an agent. The insurance I had for the move was {$85000.00} and replacement value. I supply receipts I could and guessed at the cost of repairs. That was {$1100.00}, but that was early on ; 9 months are allowed to file a claim after the move, and I am missing a certificate of authenticity for a valuable item, devalues it by about {$5000.00}. The {$1100.00} came off my card. Then there was a separate issue, Chase said, for items not delivered. They wanted a list, so I supplied that. The house was up for sale, so my real estate agent gave me a list of what was left behind. Some of it got stolen by the cleaning ladies beforehand. Later, they said they needed to know the cost of delivering the goods that were n't delivered, so I provided that ( close to {$4000.00} ). Then the additional amount was taken off my credit card, so the {$6000.00} was removed from my card. The merchant had not replied to me, nor had I received any information about merchant response from Chase. Early on in the days of covid-19 I was part of the forbearance program at the end of that program I did have conflict the lender Rhode Island housing to reinstate the loan. They had refused to do so because I was collecting XXXX insurance and we're not considering my income has standard income so they wouldn't remodify loan and told me that I had no other options that I would have to foreclose, and amongst other things had a dispute with the underwriter of the loan back in XXXX. It was eventually modified that loan.. I was very grateful for the Rhode Island covid hhf Federal Grant program and providing relief. I had received a grant Which was in the amount of XXXX XXXXXXXX l 'm very appreciated after being part of those who were hardest hit as Ive have been underemployed. Just before the program had accepted my application and issued the grant funds I was already in the foreclosure potentially in XXXX so to avoid that possibility and, possibility of loosing the garnt I and my XXXX  come up with {$8000.00} in order to keep my loan without having to pay the full amount of the loan to Rhode Island housing appox XXXX at that time... I messaged the hhf program many times and they were not very good with responding and to the point where they even withdrew my application but after I put an appeal and stated and attached every one of my XXXX emails following up every month over the course of the year until my application was viewed accepted and the grants funds accepted. With that said they re-established the loan after the grant proceeds were received and applied ( improperly ) my opinion. Which brings me to the first payment beginning this year XXXX. \nI would assume that you already know what the purpose of the grant was for, and how it should have helped homeowners to get back up to speed with their past due bills and prevent them from slipping into foreclosure. XXXX  also shut off the electric, utilities to my unit, we lost all food and myself myself, my XXXX, and his XXXX XXXX XXXX son who resides at my condominium where all put out and made homeless due that violation notice on the door and the fact that the treasure of the condominium complex shut the electric and utilities off. \n\nCondominium treasure broke into my unit, violated the inhabitable no entrance violation notice on the door it's still property out of my unit and then rooted on the notice that he stole my property. \n\nCondominium treasure made false assessments that now have been accumulating since that day in XXXX. \n\nBuilding instructor refuses to communicate. \n\nForeclosure process begin I was out XXXX different times in the last XXXX  years due to XXXX. XXXX refuses to pay these XXXX claims amount approx {$3600.00} XXXX  claim for XXXX weeks, early on anybody that had symptoms in the beginning they said stay home XXXX weeks and they pay you full time, I put in the claim with the XXXX department received confirmation emails, and confirmation claim numbers. \nXXXX  claim approximately XXXX weeks the department of health called me at my home and told me because my roommate had just contracted XXXX that I could not return to work, and be in isolation, quarantine and checked out by my doctor before returning. Again I filed the claim online received email confirmation and the claim number. \nXXXX  clean my contracted XXXX and had symptoms throughout XXXX weeks in total I filed online with the XXXX  department received a confirmation email and claim number. \n\nI received absolutely no funds or payments on these claims at all I disputed it with the apartment XXXX  I was getting nowhere called legal services of Rhode Island they put me in contact with an attorney XXXX XXXX went over each claim in detail provider all information emails he forwarded it to the department they come back to him and ask him if it was okay to contact me just to confirm and go over each claim and details separately with a woman I asked how long before I received payment for these XXXX claims she said it just needs to be confirmed by her manager which takes about XXXX or XXXX weeks. payments for none of these XXXX  related XXXX  situations where paid out to me when I reached out to the attorney he resubmitted all the information and ask them what is the status and their follow-up was the claims don't exist and they have no knowledge what claims numbers these are Assement XXXX XXXX fire Condominium complex because the property management company lead by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX did not properly have the right amount of insurance on the policy, which there are XXXX buildings housing XXXX families each one.In XXXX XXXX of the buildings caught on fire and was a total loss the rebuild was XXXX and only insured XXXX XXXX -meaning shortfall. So as a whole all homeowners had to pay back XXXX XXXX to pay all the contractors to rebuild the building and we had to get a loan to which each and every unit owner has an assessment to pay XXXX They set up an auction on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX on my home no communication ever since from mortgage company or the attorney. Apparently it was sold to the highest bidder no communication letter or anything for me of this information apparently through a third party we're playing I see for it that it didn't go through again no letter no communication nothing at this point I have no idea what's going on they won't communicate with me refuse to communicate me and will not send me any information regards to where I'm at XXXX  was put on me for my XXXX, because my XXXX  XXXX  yielded me XXXX  for the year which they sent mail to my home address that I am charged for XXXX  on stating that I must reach out to the XXXX XXXX  to establish XXXX  dates. Obviously I checked my mail like every for the XXXX weeks because of the XXXX order and because my work is XXXX miles away to which I have no car and I've been staying at a employees sofa seeing im homeless. So by the time I got that letter at the place I'm not supposed to be ( my home ) that dated already going and passed which a XXXX  can be established No communication after the auction. \n\nI have some if I could sell it myself they said no it's sold Home value XXXX, I owe XXXX ( but lien and bogus assessment XXXX ) Just like the conflict of interest my mortgage company , the manager of the hhf grant program, and the default counselor hoping that one person XXXX XXXX Conflict of interest : the property Condominium management company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX  and the condominium management XXXX XXXX, and the person that makes all the rules, and those bogus assessments is governed by the XXXX person XXXX  XXXX I have no protections, no stance, limited rights, to dispute or challenge with anybody in those XXXX fields. \n\nApparently the law firm said that it's sold. \n\nI've received no documents stating that I've received no communication since from the lawyer or the mortgage company. And I know this supposed to. \n\nI have to close my back into backpacks and my cat after being just placed out of my home since XX/XX/XXXX with no way to get back in taxes my property I'm concerned that if they did sell the property whether or not getting back to me I'm concerned cuz I can't get my property out of my home because I have a XXXX  water issued I'm concerned that if I show up on the property someone will call the police and don't get XXXX  XXXX.. and also would be a violation of my XXXX  on another matter. \n\nI'm afraid losing my home, and now everything in it I don't have the funding to stay where I am pay, pay for food and come up with money to hire an electrician which is what's needed to take the violation off the Property, and when I did the building instructor will not instruct me as to how to make the corrections to make it habitable again The foreclosure process is a conflict of interest : the Mortgage and underwriter of the loan/ grant, default counselor to prevent foreclosure, and the manager of the hhf Federal Grant program in the state of Rhode Island is all the same one person XXXX XXXX the same one person who wouldn't reinstate my mortgage after the forbearance program because I was on XXXX and I had a conflict with Since being in the risk of being in the early stages of foreclosure, and now in foreclosure I have not got a single email text or phone call from XXXX XXXX again the manager of all three entities : federal Manager of the hhf grand program, my mortgage underwriter Rhode Island housing, default counselor. I have not a single email, and or call with logs of both to support that nothing or any kind of communications ever received, given or even attempted. \n\nDiscrimination : just my opinion or side note but if this is how all the homeowners were left in my position with all these past due payments, late fees, taxes, condo fees etc backup to XXXX  and even playing field after receiving this grant and being thousands behind even before my first payment of the new remodified loan then that's fine..but if the lender remodified their loan and paid those payments fees due etc and or followed the federal guidelines of that program as to exactly what could be done and should have been done to help the homeowner from going into foreclosure then I've been wrongfully discriminated from my mortgage lender. I feel so they have not serviced my mortgage and good faith I filed a complaint with the US department of housing and Urban development. And homeowners equality and rights On XX/XX/XXXX my thought is between this complaint and the hhf program itself would have either put off the foreclosure or put it on hold until it could have been properly investigated. I sent all information communicated with them and XXXX weeks later on XX/XX/XXXX they sent me an email back stating that there's nothing that they could do to help me it's not in their jurisdiction. \n\nI also was in communication on XX/XX/XXXX with somebody in the department of housing of Ri, not to be confused with my mortgage company Rhode Island housing it's a different entity. Needed my acknowledgment to look into my mortgage/loan and said after my recap of the entire situation that there might be a small chance that there was something overlooked to protect me or my mortgage and that they could help me. But then the following week they got back to me and said they couldn't. \n\nOne on One conference : I think it's a homeowners right/act but if we're near foreclosure you're going to have a face-to-face conversation to discuss all options to avoid foreclosure Assessments from the condo association tallying over XXXX Please note none of these issues that have daily assessments attached to them or complaints or noted by the building instructor. They were all made and created by the treasurer of the condominium XXXX / property manager XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX who is not licensed in any fields of building inspections, electrical, contractor, to support any of these claims even if they were realistic. \nThey include the following : *Not having a providing homeowners insurance policy ( That one I'm okay with I can't afford it and I understand the penalty ) * Having biohazard and hazardous materials on my property ( the oxygen tanks and cylinders they're considering biohazards and won't allow them, preventing my XXXX  to live there ) *Nonstructural walls placed in the unit to create a XXXX  bedroom ( false accusation, paneling board leaned against the back of my desk, non anchored even ) *Making structural changes ( false accusation ) *Electrician not having permit ( false accusation ) *Having too many tenants ( false accusation ) Supposedly the auction winner was supposed to close XXXX weeks ago, when I followed up pick up postponed they would not tell me what date has been postponed until, will not communicate any further, as to the proceeds being returned to me after the sale. \n\n\nFollow up as to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX office left a voicemail while not going today I left the messages to why I happened pulled a permit for work to be done at my residence and that the matter will be sent to court. \nMy reply as always to them is the following, to having sent it in email form : I received voicemail from XXXX in regards to pulling or establishing a permit for my property at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX for work that need to be done however I have already reached out to here and spoken about this matter and a permit was pulled years ago I let her know that I had already applied for XXXX prior to and provided her with the contractor 's name phone number, company name, contractor phone number and to how much I ade out a check for and paid for the permit and provided her with the information as to where I went to purchase that permit. I informed her that I had went to the XXXX XXXX  building on the XXXX  floor at the window on the right side as you go up the first staircase. I also concluded that I posted that permit on the slider up until the point a year after that it was so faded from the sunlight that you couldn't even read it so I disposed of it and no building instructor or anybody had ever followed up call, sent email, mail, or voicemail in regards to work being, or work done pertaining to that permit. I also stated since then the contractor didn't finish the work ost of it yes but not all, I also mentioned to her the permit although being over XXXX XXXX XXXX doing exactly remember what I wrote as far as the criteria of the work being done back then of that permit but I did mention the including walls, moldings, doors, light fixture, some electrical as for now the contractor has since died and the company no longer exists.As far as had I received notice from the building on this matter yes, and as for not pulling a permit that was false information and I did try to inform him on that the day XX/XX/XXXX but he simply did not allow me to answer him as his tone was aggressive and combative when trying to answer for any problem or work that need to be done I couldn't get a word in, and as he ranted on about the appliances being near the slider door of my unit which I mentioned that they were to be put into a storage unit seeing how you just purchase them allthat 's the reason why they're in that position and I would certainly remove those for him and complaining about the XXXX  batteries in my electric moped I said no problem if it's such a big deal being in the kitchen then I'll remove it, so I then removed it immediately as the XXXX  open the door for me and as I continued to remove it from the property at that point out of respect I went down the street because I didn't want to say something that I regret and needed to clear my head and when I returned and hour or so later I received the inhabitable violation notice. I had reached out to the office regarding that I tried to tell the inspector that i had previously a contractor and the permit I pulled previously.I also wanted to know if I should write for an appeal in regards to the letter I received in the mail stating I didn't pull a permit for that work.XXXX  at the office mentioned no it wouldn't help or it wouldn't matter so at that point I'm assuming the building instructor was wrong in suggestion that I didn't pull a permit for previous work done and that would be squashed. Now, a month and a half later, they come knocking on my door, freeze my Prepaid Mastercard which held all of my Social Security Money telling me I was going to pay them that money. That email is attached - I didn't take kindly to them threatening me that they would shut down all my accounts if I didn't pay the {$740.00} The whole point of a PREPAID card to to avoid overdrafts, overdraft fees or charges. Yet Netspend seems to think differently. I don't know of a single bank account or credit card account would allow someone to overdraft a XXXX account by 300 %! Having had another situation with them regarding another prepaid card I purchased at the same time in XXXX, I reached the end of my rope. I submitted the following letter, filed a complaint with the XXXX  demanding they retract the approval for XXXX immediately. I never authorized that, I never approved it, I never even knew about it. I bought a freaking PREPAID DEBIT CARD THAT IS ONLY GOOD FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY ON THE CARD! \n\nTwo days ago I received a letter and a bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX   for {$1100.00}, indicating that the bank had rescinded the authorization. I will file a lawsuit against them if this is now the game they are playing. Out of know where I am told I owe Netspend 700+ dollars from another account!! I don't HAVE a Netspend Account. If you fail to inform the Merchant that you want to do this, your card is likely to be declined. 4 ) In bold letters No OVERDRAFT/Credit Feature. 5 ) If you meet our eligibility requirements, we may authorize negative balances resulting from PIN-based and signature based transaction initiated through our third party bill pay service providers ... .... you may receive only one XXXX negative balance allowance at a time.  Negative balances are approved at our discretion on a per transaction basis. We approve ... .on our authority ... ... ..if we decide, if we authorize ... ... ... That's prevalent throughout your paperwork. No Credit. No Overdrafts, Spend only what's on the card followed by any and everything happens with your approval or authorization which leaves me to ask, WHO THE XXXX THEN, AUTHORIZED AN {$1100.00} CHARGE AGAINST A {$500.00} PREPAID LESS THAN AN HOUR OLD DEBIT CARD? then did NOTHING to protect much less notify AT ANY POINT along the way, me, your customer. \n\nWhy is a prepaid debit called a PREPAID Debit card if ANY amount can be taken off it while XXXX  the individual who owned it. WHY? What is the point of the XXXX card? I intended for the card to be used ONE time and one time only. The merchant was having trouble getting her computer to accept the forms of payment and finally after much struggling said she got it through but did not get any authorization. She handed me back the card, told me the number of the debit card was on file in the system. She furthered her statement by saying she had XXXX  out the contract so the car could be re-rented however she would get in trouble for doing so but she had to clear the car for rental and things would need to be continued. She KNEW the card had a XXXX maximum limit. Unintending any further usage of the card, I had no reason to check it. I cut it up, disposed of it and did not activate the printed version of the card that came to my home. \n\nWhat concerns me all the more is Netspend blocked another card I purchased within 24 hours of my purchasing it insisting on more intensive proof I was who I said I was. It took me weeks of fighting to get my money back, and not without incurring financial problems, unpaid rent, forced to travel with no money, exacerbated health issues and countless hours of no sleep while doing just what I am doing now - fighting to not get ripped off ONCE again. Netspend, the company who put me through identity XXXX just a mere 6 weeks  ago authorized someone to come in an overdraft another card by 700 + dollars, doing nothing about it, other than 6 weeks later illegally intercepting my Social Security XXXX Income bank account, cut off any and all access I had to get any money by blocking all my paypal accounts followed by now attempting to extort the overdrafted amount THEY caused, out my my own funds. \n\nHow disgraceful is it for a corporation to have XXXX complaints registered with the XXXX XXXX XXXX over the last 3 years. How disgraceful is it for a corporation to be plastered all over the web as the only company to take great steps to fight the placement of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau 's PrePaid Debit Card Law ( April 2017 ) designed to protect consumers from any hidden terms or overdraft fees on prepaid cards. How disgraceful are you to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to solicit political favors from the Republican party so in term you could use them as a way of getting rid of it. Therefore please stop referring to my having an account with you like it's ongoing and we have some sort of relationship - it isn't, it never was. I have subsequently closed all my PayPal accounts except one which will also be closed once my Social Security Deposit hits my new bank accounts. Because of your business practices,  PayPal lost a customer of 8 - 10 years. I will not do business with any company associated with you in any shape or form whatsoever.
