The agent is very nice and does what you want done but it would be so much easier and quicker if the website would work right. Of course the agent transfers you to website assist to get the website fixed but that is where everything goes wrong. They do not believe you know how to use there website and will not take a complaint or say they will take a complaint and someone will call you back about this. Nine out of ten, nothing changes. Might I added one more thing? I use a chrome book and some websites to not like chrome books. I have had to change my email address because of this.
