Both XX/XX/XXXXand Prince Parker have hidden contact information for an alleged department at XX/XX/XXXXthat can handle my issue, although both companies acknowledge that the department exists. Prince Parker refuses to provide adequate documentation of the dispute that I eventually managed to file ( at the suggestion of someone from XXXX, Prince Parker never told me that I could dispute ). They also refuse to address my dispute in a timely manner. Prince Parker also claims they sent out a first letter in XXXX, which I never received. I was advised to do this because supposedly now that the account is withdrawn, they will no longer validate the debt ( which is crazy cause THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE ACCOUNT ANYMORE ) any way on XX/XX/XXXX I filed a dispute with XXXX XXXX they not only VALIDATED the account they even updated the date! This comes after I sent XXXX all of my correspondence with Prince Parker. I even sent them their CFPB response, saying my account was \" withdrawn '' it even had the CFPB, complaint number. I even sent them the paid in full letter and receipt form XXXX XXXX XXXX and they still did not correct the reporting! I called their customer service and the rep advised that she could not tell me why the account was not removed despite all of the information they had. The only other thing I could do was file a written complaint. Which I have done via certified mail and now through the CFPB. A XXXX from XXXX is supposed to call me by end of the day today, XX/XX/XXXX, but is only to explain the findings, which does not help me. This issue has gone on far too long.
