I called PNC to report the fraud and cancel my card. I was assured by PNC representatives that the fraudulent company would be unable to make further charges on my account. However, PNC paid the fraudsters, overdrew my account, and despite my numerous phone calls pointing out my reports and providing recordings of conversations during which I reported the fraudulent activity and was guaranteed protection, my calls were met with mockery, disrespect, and outright dismissal by PNC 's phone representatives. No corrective action was taken, and my account was closed with a negative balance Issue 3 : Throughout XXXX and XXXX, on more than three occasions, PNC Bank withheld funds from checks paid to me, in violation of Federal Reserve regulations that stipulate a bank must release the funds of a payable check within 48 hours. Some of these holds lasted more than seven days. Repeated calls to PNC 's customer service resulted in being hung up on and receiving inconsistent explanations, such as PNC 's belief that the checks were fraudulent, even after verification by the payor 's bank and even after the check had already been paid out by the issuing bank/payor. This illegal withholding of funds caused me to accrue late fees, negatively impacted my payment history with certain providers, and prevented me from obtaining necessary medical treatments, leading to severe physical distress, pain, and suffering. \n\nIssue 4 : On or about XX/XX/XXXX, after the last incident of PNC withholding a check paid to me, I filed a complaint with PNC 's \" Client Relations '' department. They should be allowed to get away with a vialoation like that has caused me so much pain and suffering to the point where I came close to losing my livelihood, my job. \n\nBesides, if that was true that the insurance company was ready to cancel a policy that they already issued on the property, they should have told me about as well and immediately return the check they received for the primium for almost two months prior. No on that happened. \n\nBut, I received a check from for {$440.00} after I filed my complaint with CFBP. Why didn't I receive such a check long time ago? Again, someone is covering their tracks to prevent CFBP discovering the abuse that they have intended to inflict on me, as a consummer. \nThat's waht is going on. \n\nTheir misconduct affected my health and my daily living. I know this because I have sent some past payments by certified mail and I saw that, on occasion, PennyMac did not provide a credit to my account on the day the payment was received. \nThis is not the first time that I have filed a formal complaint against PennyMac with CFPB regarding this same issue. I also filed a complaint on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. On that occasion, I had mailed my payment to PennyMac on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and PennyMac did not credit it until the day that I filed the complaint on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. \nAt this point, I think that this is a pattern of behavior for PennyMac. When I called PennyMac yesterday to complain about my payment being credited late, they immediately started encouraging me to pay my mortgage in other ways ( such as electronic payments ). My impression is that they would rather I use another method to make my payments instead of mailing in a check every month. \nThis would all appear to be extremely unscrupulous. At this point, I want PennyMac to sell my loan to a company that will fairly credit my payments in a timely manner as required by law. I have never had a late mortgage payment and it is a pain in the neck to have to take extra measures to be able to prove that I mailed in my mortgage payment on time every month. \nOn this occasion, PennyMac did not credit my payment to my account until 12 days after I mailed it, then they charged a late fee to my account. When I asked the customer service representative why they did not credit my account in a timely fashion, she said the same thing that they said 2 years ago : We had bad weather across the country and it held up the mail. She even said that they had trouble getting to their lockbox even though it is in XXXX, Texas. \nThe bottom line is that this is the second time that I have submitted a formal complaint to CFPB about this practice at PennyMac. It is a heavy burden to write a large check every month for my mortgage and not know whether I will receive the credit that I am supposed to receive under law. At this point, it is clear that this is not an isolated incident with PennyMac. I will enclose an official Certificate of Mailing from the U.S. Postal Service showing that I mailed my payment on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, as I previously stated. \nIt is completely unreasonable that PennyMac credited my payment a full 12 days after I mailed it. Two claims have been made and resulted in these issues. Phone calls made to Optum over the months of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX have resulted in repeated assurances that funds had been approved and disbursed -- but the funds remain locked away. A total of over {$2000.00} has been deducted from my pay, but I have absolutely no confidence that any claims will actually result in disbursement before the deadline of XX/XX/XXXX for all claims against that amount. Optum 's business model appears to be to deny, delay, and dissemble. After these two claims were delayed for so long, I applied for a debit card so that I could more easily access funds -- and immediately began receiving challenges from Optum requiring \" additional proof '' for expenses to demonstrate they are valid medical expenses. These purchases included both over the counter cold and pain relief medicines, as well as copayments on prescription drugs -- expenses so obviously and clearly valid and approved for FSA expenditures that the additional proof requirement can only be seen as a further hurdle and disincentive to actually apply for or use the funds under Optum 's management. Furthermore, the requirement for every small-dollar amount transaction, when combined with the cumbersome process Optum 's website offers of supplying additional proof, and further combined with Optum 's XXXX over its denials of claims ( i.e. not stating the rationale for a claim being denied ) leads to even greater disincentive to file claims. Ultimately, this bank is a bad actor, acting in bad faith against the interests of its clients, locking away funds behind a wall of cumbersome and burdensome proof requirements, supplying categorical reassurances that they are acting in earnest to issue repayments on claims, and evidently not actually releasing funds in a timely manner, if at all. Requests for information on who to complain to, how to file complaints, and who regulates their conduct and business were met with non-responses and further assurances that they were doing all they could to process claims in a timely fashion. Of the three claims I have filed since XXXX, XXXX was denied despite a letter of medical necessity as required by the IRS, one was denied, then after a call disputing the denial, Optum 's representative claimed it had never been denied but was approved, but no check had been issued, and that claim has been \" approved '' but not disbursed since XXXX, and another claim from XXXX was approved but a check not received until late XXXX ( despite a XXXX business day turn around time claimed by Optum ). Optum Bank does not act with the best interest of its customers in mind. However Bank of America has decided to closed my business account on XX/XX/17, the reason I was given is \" because you have the right to close the account whenever you want as was written on the agreement when you open the account, the same way we have the right to close the account and for no specific reason other than the fact that we have the right to close your account we have made a final decision to terminate our relationship! and they said clearly you did n't do anything wrong nothing wrong went on it simply a decision from the back office and we are allowed to do it because this is what you agreed on the terms and condition when you open the account ''. \n\nSo although I suffered terribly from this, I can not complain or have anything against Bank of America for doing this because after all I did agree that I am allowed to close the account whenever I want, and therefore they are allowed to close whenever they want, however when they have no reason to close it it 's a question of Ethics but that 's not my point on this complaint today. \n\nI am simply submitting this complaint out of tears and sleepless nights and a deep XXXX I fell in due to the fact that Bank of America told me when they closed the account that it 's very straightforward within 7 business days we will mail out a cashier 's check to you for the total balance in your account. \nI was also given the choice that I am able to go to a banking center to withdraw the funds in cash or a cashier 's check. \nI asked the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to listen what happened when I went to a banking center. I told them my account is pending closure and I was told I can come withdraw my funds in cash, so after the branch XXXX prepared a bank check and some cash for me to empty my account and that was after XXXX hours being in the branch the last minute she told me oh my XXXX I am not able to release the funds to you! So I asked what happened? So she told me we do not have a signature on file for your account and therefore without the signature on file I can not release the funds. I explained to her that the bank account was opened online and because it was opened online it was an electronic signature which is basically the process which Bank of America does when accounts are opened online, most banks do not have the option to open an account online however Bank of America does have the option and the same way they can hold you liable for paying your credit card based on electronic signature this is nothing different than that. Despite the fact that I have withdrawn cash from my account several times before it was closed and therefore it was simply torture which they obviously do not care and to be honest I do not see why they should care after all the financial industry is one piece of fraud which is why the Consumer Financial Protection Agency was created. \n\nAfter hundreds of phone calls and I mean hundreds and probably more, and the good thing is or phone calls are being recorded and monitored which means the cfpb can request them just to see what they did to me. And what they did was every time I called a representative told me something else, you can not imagine I was given completely opposite information every single time I called no exception and I can not begin to explain the XXXX and the despair not to mention the fact that my entire business is in Jeopardy because of this. Being the fact that my account was closed on XXXX XXXX and I was promised that in 7 business days I will have a cashier 's check mailed out to me. However that was not the case I called 7 Days Later and they told me we did not close the account yet and the count is scheduled to be closed on XXXX XXXX. For no reason I was on the phone for hours and it did not help. I hung up and called another representative and the other representative told me your account is already closed and we already mailed out a check. A day later I log into my account and I see it 's still open I called in and they told me your account is pending closure and we suspect for old and we need you to go in that banking center to identify yourself. And I do n't want to go into all the XXXX phone calls which I literally was busy with for over a month XXXX hours a day and every representative gave me different information, I have no clue what 's going on I could n't focus on my business I could n't deposit checks I could n't do anything I was in extreme XXXX and it 's not possible for no money in the world for Bank of America to make this up to me it 's literally not possible for no money in the world what I have accepted the amount of pain they put me through. Then all of the sudden I log into my account and its walls I believe XXXX XXXX and I see that a recurring payment that I scheduled was successfully paid for my account. Which means that the account is not closed yet. I called them again they told me I can go that banking center without any problem even there is no signature on file I can have them release my funds to me in cash. I went that Bank XXXX and again after XXXX hours they told me they are not able to do it. Being the fact that I have nothing else to do with my day and this is the biggest headache I decided to go to a different branch if you miles away and they told me they are able to do it and they started preparing everything and the last minute they backed out. Then I went to different backing Center and they told me all I need to do is sign a signature card and then the next day I can come withdraw the phones on my account. I came the next day and that was not the case. I went to a different bank And the XXXX told me that I need to bring in my corporate documents and they will upload it and then I can immediately have all my phones withdrawn from my account. So that 's what I did and after XXXX hours as you can imagine that was not the case. I called in again and again and I am not making a joke I am talking about millions of phone calls and every representative told me something else I thought I will have a XXXX XXXX I hade anxiety panic attacks, both of course there is no reason why they should care and every representative had their way out by telling me that it 's being handled by a higher Department which even they are not able to speak to them they can only communicate via email and consumers can definitely not reach out to that department. \nI will not continue to go in to the details of every single phone call I have and how I was literally lie to every single time I believe you get the point and I believe I am not the first one to complain about this and I believe this is very common in the financial industry they lost to play around with people 's money while they make interests and they do n't care about the consumers nor do they comply with any government agencies laws. Which by no coincidence are the banks being sued everyday for millions and millions of dollars which has a negative effect on the shareholders. \n\nAfter finally going through the hardest time in my life which I did not believe what pain can feel like I finally logged into my account and saw they closed it and mailed out a check. That was approximately XXXX XXXX, and I was waiting patiently everyday checking my mail for my cashier 's check is between 55 and {$56000.00}. After XXXX days when I realized I am not getting the check I called and Bank of America and they told me so kindly that they see in their system on their computer screen that the check was mailed out and it was received on XXXX XXXX and they even told me they have a tracking number from XXXX and it was signed for. They gave me the tracking number I checked online and the signature and the name not only did not match my name but did not even have a single alphabet and it that matches my name. And I repeat I did not receive the check I do not care what XXXX did or who signed for it. I did however asked all of my neighbors on the Block and nobody had any idea about this check. All I know is that Bank of America it put me through XXXX they put me through what I can say that if I would have money I would be able to sue them for millions and dollars of damages for whey made me go through. And after all when they finally claimed they mailed out the check all I know is one thing and this is the most important thing which is the fact that I did not receive it again I repeat I did not receive the check and Bank of America is liable to release the XXXX XXXX which is what they told me they agree to and it 's in the terms of conditions this is my money it belongs to me and thanks XXXX that Bank of America abide by the law to release the funds to me because they have no issue with the law and they could have simply not release the phones and as a consumer there is nothing in the world I can do about it because there 's no way in the world to win these huge monsters these multitrillion-dollar Enterprises. bought again the point is again and again the phones which is between 55 and {$56000.00} belongs to me they know it belongs to me they agreed it belongs to me and after they put me through XXXX they finally mailed out a cashier 's check to me which I did not receive. And now I would like to add further that with all the billions of dollars and XXXX they invest every year there 's no way in the world they are not able to track if the check was cashed, there is no way in the world they are not able to put a stop payment on that check, and there is no way in the world that they are able to see clearly that the check was not cashed. However they chose to take this opportunity and tell me that I will have to wait XXXX  days for them to investigate what happened and after XXXX days maybe if I am lucky they will issue me a new Bank check. Being the fact that every representative tells me something else I do n't even believe that there such a thing of XXXX days and if they will indeed release it after XXXX days. My main concern is the fact that I did not receive the phones and it 's absolutely not acceptable and not moral for them to make me wait 90 days because they need to investigate what happened when it 's not my problem what happened it 's their problem. Again it is Bank of America 's problem the fact that I did not receive the check. And because it is their problem they should immediately mail out overnight shipping a new check to me. They should not put it on me and tell me I need to wait 90 days for them to investigate and I should have a XXXX XXXX during this XXXX days and maybe then they will issue me a new Bank check. There 's no way in the world they are not able to see that it was not cashed and put a stop payment on it and issue me a new Bank check. And even they are not able to do it again, it 's not my problem I went to the banking Center, to be exact I went to approximately 15 different branches because I needed the funds emergency to continue my business, they decided not to give me the back check in the back and Center for my security. But to mail out a check with XXXX that is very secure then they take my security very seriously. But let me reiterate I make it clear it is not ethical and not moral and I do not even believe it 's legal to allow Bank of America make me wait XXXX days when they have a problem. I should also have the check in my hands 7 days after the account was closed which means XXXX XXXX. But not only did they keep on pushing me and they put me through enormous amount of abuse and pain when they finally did mail out the check I did not receive it and that is all that matters and the fact that I did not receive it is their problem it is not my problem. I am not saying that they are not allowed to investigate what happened, they should absolutely investigated but not on my time which is XXXX literally XXXX. They should investigate it for their sake it has nothing to do with me and it 's not legal they should be able to put their problem on me and take themselves XXXX days do investigated and see what happened to the check and then I have to sit and pray now for XXXX days that maybe maybe maybe they will have mercy at me and they will mail me out a new check because they will finally realize that I did not receive it and it was not cashe 'd. They also told me that the solar panels on the north side of my roof would generate enough power and wouldn't be a problem, but they are almost never touched by the sun to generate any power whatsoever. The system has failure after failure, and is now causing mold damage to the north side of my roof, since the panels are almost in complete darkness even during the day, the underside of the panels has become a haven for mold. On XX/XX/XXXX I wrote another check ( we received checks from Shellpoint in the mail ) for {$40000.00} to deposit, which also did not go through because those checks had ALSO been canceled by Shellpoint. This happened a third time on XX/XX/XXXX. By this time I had made numerous calls to Shellpoint and several complaints. I was told the checks were on their way time-and-time again. \nOnce XXXX came around, we were getting nervous about getting access to our funds in time for the closing. Our hot tub was delayed, so we didnt have to pay that bill yet. As the closing date drew closer, we realized we had to have a back up plan. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was told by Shellpoint that our checks were mailed out and would arrive in 6-10 business days. \nI reached out to my father who said he would gift us the funds temporarily, but he said he needed the funds back in his account by the first week of XXXX. She took {$10000.00} out of her savings and depleted her own HELOC in order to get us those funds. I continued to reach out to Shellpoint, and they continued to tell me that our checks were on the way. \nThankfully, to our family and friends, we were able to close on our new house on XX/XX/XXXX. We moved out of our home on XXXX XXXX and into our new home on XXXX XXXX XXXX. At this point we owed {$40000.00} to our friend. Our HELOC checks still had not arrived. \nOn XX/XX/XXXX, I called Shellpoint and told them that we still had not received checks. I told them not to cancel the prior checks but to send out another set in the meantime as it was imperative that we have access to our funds so that we can make payments. The painter went into the XXXX XXXX house and painted while we were out of town - the bill totaled {$5500.00}. It was due XX/XX/XXXX. I had to reach out to the painter and explain that we were having a problem with the HELOC checks and could not pay him until it got resolved. In the meantime, my friend received a bill for her HELOC, and she reached out to us to pay that bill on XX/XX/XXXX. Also during this time, a spot was prepared on our lawn for our new hot tub and it was delivered. We received a bill for {$10000.00} to XXXX XXXX and {$2700.00} to XXXX XXXX for his services preparing the yard. These were both due XX/XX/XXXX. We wrote checks praying that this matter with our HELOC would be resolved, but it wasnt. I was promised before sending the check, that the check would easily be signed back to us, so I sent it to them. That was the first lie. \n\nNext I am sent on this crazy goose chase of submitting proof of service, with Lien Waivers, and receipts and W9s. Which I get was neccesary for the repairs but nothing to do with the total loss. It was clear on my policy and the claim letter from the insurance that we were paid for total loss and no repair or rebuild was necessary. \n\nI spend months calling, asking for clarification for why my total loss for seperate structure was not returned. They finally informed me after I submitted a claim through this agency, that they required that the check used to rebuild the lossed structure or used to pay down the principal, based on XXXX XXXX rules ( since XXXX XXXX  was the ultimate lender ). \n\nAfter fighting this with XXXX XXXX, because we felt it was unfair given that we paid for the build of the sep structure with cash and no financing, they persisted, and we gave in. We agreed to have the claim money used to pay down the principal of {$120000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. \n\nI have been calling every week sometimes 2-3 times a week since XX/XX/XXXX to track the processing of that claim money, since they also have been mismanaging the monies owed to us for the reimbursement for the fire remediation of the surviving structure. I will not provide highlights of that mismanagement, because these events combined are either a demonstration of how dysfunction this organization is, or whether this is just a elaborate scheme to hold onto the claim money instead of refunding the money to use. \n\nXXXX included in the check that was cosigned to them, the estimated fees for cleaning of the home, and replacement of the insulation. \nIt was only after I filed a complaint with this agency that they finally informed me that all the paperwork I submitted resulted in them sending me checks. But, they conveniently sent the checks to the wrong address. The wrong address I believe was a rouse, since I had them repeat the new address to me, when I gave it to them. We were staying at a temporary address since we were displaced from the wild fire, and the post office was causing great delays in forwarding mail to our new address. Therefore I informed Ditech of our new address, which was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They sent it to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Which is a vacant residence, and ultimate the post office returned the envelope to sender. It's now XX/XX/XXXX and I have yet to receive that money either. Those checks total {$22000.00}. \n\nWeek after week, I am promised that they are being processed or in the mail, just to find out there are more excuses for why they are still not sent. My last communication with Ditech on Friday XX/XX/XXXX, they informed me that they could not locate the checks. On more than one occaision they change the story, and tell me they need to cancel the original checks and rerequest them, when I inform them that had been done more than 2 weeks ago. \n\nAgain, I don't know if this organization is that inept and dysfunctional or whether they are lying as a major game to keep this money in their possession. \n\nThe final and agreegious complaint is something I found out, but not by Ditech. In all the conversations I have had with them, never did they bother to inform me that they have sold my mortage to another company. SOLD my loan! How in the world were they planning to pay down my principal when the principal balance was sold to another company. \n\nThe nightmare that I see, and why I am filing this complaint, is that the {$100000.00}, which was ordered to be paid towards the principal on XX/XX/XXXX is lost in their organization. When I spoke to them about where it was specifically, they said vaguely that the money was ordered to a vendor to be sent to Ditech and they don't know where it is right now, because the mailing address on file does not match the physical address on file, so the vendor supposedly did nothing. He did not call back, he did not inform me that my loan was sold to another company, he had no idea where any of the checks in question were. It was a holiday weekend. \n\nWhat is to happen to that money if they already sold my loan? \nWhy did they not inform me about the sale of the loan? \nWhy would they sell the loan in the middle of a claim processing? \nWhat don't they know where any of the money is? \nWhy do they keep losing the money? \nDid they intentionally mismail the check as a ploy? \nIs it possible they are doing something illegal and they are hiding it with they elaborate schemes of hide the money and mistakes in processing? \n\nI feel powerless to get straight answers, every week it's a new excuse. I was not sure what happened and the other company suggested I add their account into to my Chase.com account. But since I needed the money soon, I decided to transfer money from Chase.com to my other account, as part of verification Chase.com initiated some micro deposits. After I received the micro deposits in my other account, I logged into my chase.com account to verify those transactions and could no longer find my business account ( around XX/XX/XXXX ). \n\nAfter taking to 3 customer representatives, I found that my account, which was a surprise for me, after asking more questions, I finally found it was closed by Chase. In between the time my check was deposited and account closure, I logged into my chase account, and I never saw any notification about issues ( My First Complaint ). It took a long time and many questions to get answers from the Chase customer representative. It appears almost all Chase customer representatives just give the basic info and are unwilling to find out what is going on. Some of them are outright rule and asking questions like Im some sort of criminal depositing a fraudulent check. I dont hear from them for a week and on Thursday XX/XX/XXXX I get a call from the same person saying they never heard anything from the department and asked me to wait another 1 5 business days. I asked to escalate the issue or talk to their supervisor and she said she was the final authority and I could not do anything but wait. \n\nI didnt hear from them, so on Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX, I decided to send the branch officer and manager an email. They dont respond and I got a call on Thursday which unfortunately went to my voice mail, which I promptly returned. Im not sure if the call was due to my email to the branch officer or manager, because they never bothered to send me a reply with next steps. \n\nOn Friday XX/XX/XXXX, I emailed the branch officer and manager, and called the branch multiple times but could not reach anyone as they were always busy. Anyways later in the morning I get a call from the manger saying they spent two hours trying to fix the issue ( as if they were doing me a favor, which I believe is their job and not a favor they are doing me ). And they assured me a check for about {$12000.00} was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX ( contrary to want her branch officer said ) and said it must have been lost. I asked for when this issue would be resolved, and their answer was to wait. I told them Ive been waiting for about a month for my money and it is 3 weeks after I submitted the document, and the branch manager started turning this around me as if it was my fault, when I started asking questions about what is going on and hung up on me and threatened me to not call or they would report me for harassment. I was with Ocwen LLC when i was notified that the mortgagee co was being brought by PHH mortgage ( XXXX XXXX ). The next thing I received was a return of the last 4 or 5 payments with a note indicating that my mortgage increased, it asked that I add the increase. \n\nAlso, I added the increase, returned the payments and paid two additional payments. I spoke to a rep to ensure we were on the same page as far as how much I owed. Originally, they had erroneous information, but i keep good records, so we got it all straight over the phone. I then went into the bank and requested a cashiers check for XXXX and another XXXX and sent off. A few weeks later, I get a letter stating that my home is in foreclosure, my mom and I received calls and letters from real estate investors asking about buying my house. ( My mom lives in Florida ; we share the same first and last name ) After weeks of calling tirelessly and struggling to speak with a rep who spoke clear english and never being able to speak to a manager, I discovered that the company did not know where my XXXX check was, they started an investigation and I began communication with the research department. \n\n\nDuring this time, I called the department several times to follow up and no one EVER once called me, despite ensuring me that they would. I have recorded most of the dates, agent ID 's and outcomes of these conversations. The research dept advised me not to send in XXXX and XXXX payments until they located the {$6300.00} check. Meanwhile, my financial institution ( XXXX XXXX ) did their own research and I soon discovered that the XXXX check was cashed on XX/XX/2019 which was 4 days after it was sent. \n\n\nI sent evidence to PHH mtg co but still I heard nothing. I have sent certified letters requesting written acknowledgment of the current situation for my records, they sent a letter stating ( literally ) that they received my letter, and nothing more. I never wrote a letter, I wrote a complaint and sent it to them CERTIFIED. It was not even acknowledged by the company. However, I feel I have been charged wrongly as my mortgage was never 90 days late. XXXX handles all homeowners claims. Mr. Cooper has too many addresses per se and I didnt know which one to use. I havent dealt directly with them in years. I was represented for the past five years by XXXX XXXX for the purposes of filing a bankruptcy and negotiating a settlement. Litigation at that point was off the table for financial reasons and because I didnt think XXXX XXXX was invested enough in the case to pull it off. I know it probably wouldve been less stressful ( or not? ) to extend XXXX XXXX representation but without getting into too many details, he made too many mistakes and other than filing the bankruptcy, he didnt do much else. Im still very grateful for his service and support though. \n\nThis is my pathetic story. My name is XXXX XXXX. In XXXX, I bought my first home located at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, MA ( XXXX ) and Ive lived there ever since ; this is my mailing address as well. WIthout any notice, the mortgage companies changed a few times through the years with the last one being NationStar dba Mr. Cooper and thats when my nightmare began. \n\nBack in XXXX, a modification was offered and approved. I successfully completed the trial period and for no reason and without an explanation, they then denied it. I refused to pay the new slightly higher mortgage payments until they honored the modification agreement. Trying to get anybody to speak to me to straighten out the modification issue was impossible. I gave up and when I tried to pay the mortgage payments I had missed, they refused to accept them. Shortly after, I got a foreclosure sale notice in the mail from Mr. Cooper. Mr. Coopers unjustified and unnecessary actions forced me to get legal representation and to file bankruptcy when I shouldnt have had to. Im a teacher and I live paycheck to paycheck and what I had to do to save my house ruined my credit and ruined me financially, which to this day I still havent recovered. The emotional pain and suffering that I have endured since is immeasurable. \n\nDue to the constant stress I was under, I couldnt focus, I was sick often and I was unjustly let go of my job of 17 years as a teacher in the XXXX. Even though the Unemployment Dept reversed my employers decision, the damage was done and it was about to get worse. The unemployment benefits were only a percentage of my salary and I couldnt keep up with Mr. Coopers payment demands. Against everyone 's advice, I withdrew my retirement benefits early to pay for what I owed. Not only did I lose every cent I had saved for my retirement but I lost about {$35000.00} during that transaction due to penalties related to the early withdrawal. I was honest with the Unemployment Division and when I told them that I had withdrawn my retirement benefits, the benefits ceased. I guess they considered my retirement benefits as income. I probably couldve contested their decision but I was too emotionally drained to fight it and in all honesty, they came through for me when I needed it the most so I just let it go. This was the lowest point of my life and Mr. Cooper continued to push but I managed to pay for every cent I owed up to that point and more afterwards ( I have copies of the checks ). \n\nMy payments altogether total about $ XXXX. To make matters worse, the $ XXXX went missing ; that money was never credited to my account which Ive come to find out seems to happen a lot with Mr. Cooper XXXX My lawyer even missed that and when I pushed him to question them, Mr. Coopers lawyer admitted to it. While Im very surprised that he admitted to their oversight, I dont buy it. To me, missing one payment may be considered an honest mistake. Missing crediting my account on six different occasions ( or more ) is no different than illegally withdrawing money from borrowers without their consent, one of the many charges Mr. Cooper has been found guilty of. I have no idea where that money is but thats one of the stipulations that need to be clarified in the settlement.\n\nI believe during or shortly after Mr. Coopers big indictment in XXXX, XXXX XXXX approached my lawyer to negotiate a settlement. A whole year went by and nothing happened. XXXX XXXX didnt contact my lawyer and my lawyer didnt follow up to him either until I insisted. My lawyer finally sent XXXX XXXX a short letter on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX responded shortly after, on XX/XX/XXXX, saying that he would get back to him soon. And that was almost a month ago? He has already taken another month to reply and before that he took over a year! What can I possibly do at this point? I dont know if taking months, a year to respond is standard procedure in this type of case and/or amongst lawyers but as my level of anxiety keeps rising, I dont know how much longer I can wait. I dont trust Mr. Cooper - Im scared that they will take back what they said they would include in their settlement, and attempt to force me out of my house again. Their MO is so predictable! and they continue acting this way because they know they can get away with it when their accuser '' is somebody like me, a divorced teacher with no legal representation, and no direction.\n\nAnd thats where Im at with this part of the case. I may be wrong but I dont think their lawyer is going to get back to me any time soon, especially knowing now that Im no longer represented. In order for me to agree to a settlement, Mr. Coopers lawyer would have to 1 ) agree to honor the modification they had agreed on almost five years ago and later withdrew 2 ) pay my former lawyer XXXX XXXX legal fees ( they kind of agreed to that but they don't know the amount ) and XXXX ) offer monetary compensation for my emotional distress. 4 ) He would also have to put in writing that they have waived the mortgage payments in arrears ( he also agreed to that as well but I obviously want him to agree to an amount and put it in writing along with the other conditions ) and 5 ) deposit my $ 33k ( approxly ) into an escrow account or apply it towards my mortgage balance ( as they were supposed to but never did ). \n\nUnfortunately, there is more to complain about. Back on XX/XX/XXXX, my kitchen caught on fire. The kitchen was destroyed and the smoke and soot went all over the house. Ive been living in a hotel since then and its been the opposite of Heaven. Here we are, 9 months later and my house is still not fixed because XXXX, a subsidiary of Mr. Cooper has simply decided to keep the money. Not only they havent released any of the funds but they havent given me an explanation as to why they are doing that either- is that even legal? \n\nThe check from the insurance company I received in XXXX to repair my home was made payable to me and Mr. Cooper. Based on their track history of losing money, I didnt want them to have the check. I tried asking them to endorse it so I could keep it but they refused. I tried to figure out other options with XXXX and that didnt work either. When I asked XXXX XXXX for information about where to send the check, he told me to just send it to him and that he would figure out where to send it. I refused and demanded to have in writing the name and contact info of whoever would be handling my case and a description of their claim procedures. I never got any detailed information from XXXX XXXX about their procedures ; all he gave me was the name XXXX and the address and that took months! XXXX was not aware that the home repairs had not yet begun and needless to say, they were appalled. Thats when I was notified by XXXX that my ALE benefits that are currently paying for my hotel stay while my house was supposed to be getting repaired will be terminated at the end of XXXX. Since five months had already passed at this point and with the fear of becoming homeless soon, I felt I had no choice but to send the check to XXXX and hope for the best. \n\nOn XX/XX/XXXX, I reluctantly forwarded a check in the amount of {$26000.00} to XXXX. As I mentioned earlier, this check was issued by XXXX with the sole purpose of repairing the damages done to my property by the kitchen fire. Along with the aforementioned check, I included the insurance repair estimates, the contractor 's report and a Declaration of Intent to Repair form. As its their usual tactic to delay things, they asked me yet for another Intent to Repair form through their website. I immediately filled it out and submitted it and I still havent heard from them once ; not a letter, not a phone call - nothing. Ive also been checking their useless website for updates and there is nothing there either. Not only it doesnt have an updated status but the information is contradicting and deceitful. In one section, it says Were going to take you to Step 3 : Receive Partial Claim Funds. Then the next screen says : Claim Funds Sent to you but when I scroll down, in smaller print, it says funds not yet sent. Again, no explanations. ( I have pictures of the screens ). \n\nI decided to call their Customer Service Dept and that was another nightmare in itself. One of the many reps I spoke to informed me that none of the Customer Service reps could discuss the case with me because my case is coded LITIGATION. Nobody can discuss the case with you, she said. I also have the pictures of the error messages. ) When I demanded the name of someone with authority that I could speak to about my case, she simply replied that she had no names to give me. This is all so unfair, so wrong. I have never encountered a situation like this where a company wont inform me of whats going on with my own claim and then tells me that theres nobody I could speak to about the situation! \n\nI tried to explain to the CS rep that there is no litigation '' going on, that Ive been involved in a serious situation with Mr. Coopers Mortgage Division for the past 4+ years about a shady modification offer and an unjustified attempt to foreclose on my home but that we are not battling it in court nor am I being represented by a lawyer. I explained further that negotiations for a settlement with Mr. Coopers legal counsel XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX on the mortgage case have begun and that I hoped to reach a final resolution soon, one way or another. My explanations didnt matter ; she just kept saying file a complaint with Mr. Cooper . I cant waste my time with Mr. Cooper aymore so here I am, I decided to file my complaints where they matter and where I may have a chance to get some kind of resolution. \n\nAs I mentioned above, my insurance company will no longer pay for my hotel stay after XXXX which means Mr. Cooper is pushing me into homelessness once again. To avoid this from happening, my house would have to be deemed safe and livable for me to move back in and the only way to accomplish that is if the contractor starts working on my house now and finish all major repairs within a very unrealistic short amount of time and with non-existent building materials or appliances as I havent been able to order any of them. And thats if he is available to work. He has been waiting to start this project since I got the first check back in XXXX. Being aware of the situation and Mr. Cooper 's reputation, my contractor will not do any work until I can confirm that the entire {$26000.00} is available to him and that there will be no more issues if and when additional funds are needed. And the same goes for any contractor in the area. \n\nWithout that money, my house wont get repaired - plain and simple. And their unjustified and intentional delays have not only affected everybody involved but the condition of my home continues to deteriorate as its still covered with smoke residue and soot. At this point, when so much time has passed and nothing has gotten done, a partial disbursement or half of the funds now and the second half later is not acceptable. The entire amount is needed now to complete all the major repairs at once and as fast as possible. ( 6 ) They also need to have the LITIGATION code removed from my claim case immediately. ( 7 ) This is something Im sure Mr. Coopers lawyer could request but Im even more sure that it wont happen unless somebody with more knowledge and power intervenes on my behalf. \n\nBecause of the pending settlement negotiations, I have taken a closer look at my case and I was really embarrassed because Mr. Coopers deceptions were very obvious from the beginning and a more aggressive approach shouldve been taken. I cant climb ladders, have to use the stairs one-at-a-time, and the XXXX used in my XXXX made me very sick!! XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and dont feel well most of the time and certainly didnt want to deal with a Furnace issue, so I agreed for the Furnace to be replaced. Remember, I couldnt and cant climb a ladder up into an attic to check anything or stop anything that may go on. \nHe said he would replace the old Furnace with the same type of XXXX XXXX. Unfortunately, he didnt give me the model number or the serial number of the new one. Ive asked more than once for that information so I can register the Furnace for the warranty. Ive also requested the permit number which they refuse to give me. They wanted me to pay for that too!!! \nMy history with this company has been fair. When they replaced my XXXX  in XXXX, they gave me a senior-citizen discount and their pricing seemed reasonable. They seemed to be decent, honest people. They upgraded my Furnace at that time for {$2000.00} + to keep it running for a while longer, and its been good since then. I hadnt noticed any abnormal symptoms with regard to the Furnace up until this XXXX XXXX said something about the degree of heat. I dont believe that this XXXX XXXX XXXX for them at that time. \nXXXX quoted {$12000.00} for the new Furnace and I nearly fainted!!! I asked for a discount and he discounted this price by {$2500.00} and had to backdate the invoice so that he could allow the discount. So, I told him to proceed with the installation, feeling like I could trust him because I knew his boss, XXXX, for a number of years. \nBut I didnt say anything about the backdating because I was very tired, in pain, and just wanted to get on with it. He financed the balance of {$10000.00} and asked me for money. I gave him {$1000.00} so that brought the total finance down to {$9900.00} which he arranged with Synchrony. They added their fees to bring my total to {$10000.00}!!!!! Here we are, back at the table of dirty dealers! \nIt took XXXX crew of XXXX man about XXXX hours to install the Furnace. It was installed on XX/XX/XXXX. When I felt better, I decided to find out whether or not I was SCAMMED. Guess what? I was. I should have done my research before I signed anything, because this cost is and was outrageously large. \nI took a look at XXXX or XXXX vendors for Furnace and installation costs and included the manufacturer of the XXXX model that XXXX had installed or so he said. I still dont know what the Furnace manufacturer name is. The Furnace model that XXXX had installed in XXXX hours, by the way, is XXXX of the low-end but reliable ones if he was telling me the truth. Also, I thought I had Star Energy Furnace before and now I dont, so there are no rebates offered on this new Furnace. \nMy last point is XXXX was so anxious to sell me this high-priced, low-end Furnace that no permit was issued and he told me that I had to get the permit!!!! The serial number and model number of the Furnace was never given to me even though I requested it in an email to XXXX. I need this information to register the Furnace with XXXX. On Saturday XX/XX/XXXX my debit cards were cancelled without notification to me. I discovered the cards were cancelled when I was faced with an almost XXXX mob in the express checkout lane of XXXX when my cards didnt work. I was forced to return some items, scrounging around in the bottom of my purse for available cash. \nToday reluctantly XX/XX/XXXX I went into the other XXXX XXXX branch of TD bank to get new cards re-issued. I was told by telephone customer service that my accounts had not been closed. \n\nFor some reason, the tellers were having problems printing new cards which they assured me was not due to the conflagration on Friday XX/XX/XXXX. As I was standing there a man came over. I had told the tellers a pared down version of what happened. When I starting talking about the problems with the insurance this man seemed to know who I was. \n\nIn front of all the tellers, other customers in the bank this man started berating me for what he perceived as my misconduct. He told me he had been upstairs in the XXXX branch. I asked if he had been there why he had not chosen to come down to address the issue. He didnt seem to recognize me I had never seen him before. \nHe said he was the regional marketing manager who had been supposed to contact me which he never did. He just started in on me berating me, accusing me of racism. I have a XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had XXXX XXXX XXXX because of a bicycle accident. As by this point I had been standing for about an hour I was in pain. This man I found out XXXX XXXX just laced into me. I asked him why he chose to abuse me in front of everyone instead of taking me to a desk to talk to me alone. I told him he knew nothing about my ethnicity. Given that XXXX is 80 % XXXX, and probably 100 % immigrant he was taking a huge risk by accusing me of being racist. My lawyer is XXXX, his assistant is XXXX. I am an immigrant.He got physically confrontational putting his head inches from me backing me further into a corner by both being physically threatening and verbally abusive. I pointed out to him there were cameras all over the ceiling. I am challenged in mobility so there was not much I could do other than wait for him to stop. \n\nI pointed out that at this very moment in time all the staff in the bank were young male XXXX with not a woman in site. I am XXXX years old. XXXX XXXX was not the first abusive man I have ever dealt with. I did what people normally do with bullys I stood there, unable to move away, just looking at him. He was yelling at me that TD bank was going to shut down my accounts. He said I had been referred to security which was the first I ever heard of this. I asked him what I had done that had been so awful besides trying to deposit this check. He said it was because I had asked the assistant manager XXXX XXXX what her qualifications were besides not knowing what a third-party check was and what double endorsement meant. I asked him what was wrong with that. He then said it wasnt what I asked but how I asked it. I then asked what he meant by that but he refused to say what was so wrong. Its the sign of an abuser to accuse a victim of something that cant be substantiated. He was yelling at me that my behavior had been so awful that I had to be escorted out of the XXXX branch by police. He was yelling at me that I had been asked to leave and refused so the police had been called. Again, he did this in front of all the tellers. By this point they were aghast. Everyone was pale and shocked. \n\nI was never asked to leave on Friday XX/XX/XXXX. At the time, the police officer came in I was sitting at an empty desk talking to TD Bank customer service who had me on hold, who had returned to my call. I am not sure what the customer rep had said to me something along the line of she couldnt help me further but she terminated the call just as the police officer came in. TD Bank records calls to the call center just as they have cameras everywhere so every move, everything I said was recorded. In short, TD Bank set me up to make it look like I was the unruly customer when I had been waiting for thirty minutes just to talk to a rep. The call itself had been about 45 minutes in duration. \nXXXX XXXX said that a disagreement had occurred a year and a half ago. I asked him what that was. He wouldnt and couldnt tell me. In that time I had just returned to school and completed a XXXX XXXX in XXXX  so I had absolutely no idea what he was talking about but he made it seem that I had done something really terrible. I have no idea what he meant at all. I complained about excessive overdraft fees, some of which were refunded. Approximately 20 months ago I received a cash settlement which required the bank to check with my lawyer and I had sat in that branch for about 3 hours waiting for them to clear the funds which had been over {$10000.00} so I had no idea what he was talking about at all. \n\nI am not sure how TD Bank justifies this abuse. I had been in the branch yesterday XX/XX/XXXX to deposit some cash into my account. Today XX/XX/XXXX I had been patiently waiting while they printed a new debit card. I believe XXXX XXXX was trying to set me up again by talking in a belligerent tone, physically threatening me. I have been in TD bank branches many times without incident. I have been so busy in the past 20 months completing the XXXX XXXX and working that I have barely been into a branch much less away from my desk so all of this was completely bizarre. I have been working really hard to get myself an education, to get out of debt, to move on with my life even though at my age work is difficult to find. \n\nI believe XXXX XXXX was attempting to create an incident to justify whatever they were planning to do to me. I believe that I was treated in an awful manner because I am a middle-aged XXXX woman. I said to him that had I been a middle-aged man in a suit I would have been treated differently. XXXX XXXX said the same thing in her speech at the XXXX XXXX. He said I was talking loudly in the XXXX branch. I told him that I was losing my hearing something that is common in someone my age besides which as I was using their phone, it probably was reassuring to them that I was talking to TD Bank if they could hear me which I doubt. He was screaming at me that TD Bank was going to close my accounts, that I was going to get a letter in the mail. None of this made sense to me. He repeated asked me why I continued to bank at TD Bank. He continued to forcibly yell at me that I was not a valued customer, that I was a horrible customer, that TD Bank did not want me as a customer. He repeated this repeatedly in front of a lot of people, in front of customers who were totally perplexed to see a middle-aged man, a manager of the bank just verbally abusing me for seemingly no reason at all. There were a lot of witnesses. This was shocking even for XXXX. \nI called customer service again when I left the bank. I told them that I was in tears, that I was very upset as I have been over this whole situation. I now believe because of XXXX XXXX behavior that I have been bullied over the insurance check. I had done everything that I was required to do, I had obtained the endorsements. My lawyer had told me what TD Bank had insisted I do was not legally necessary. He had faxed a copy of his notarized signature on his letterhead as TD Bank insisted. Bullys do this. Bullys ask for impossible tasks to be fulfilled then berate their targets when this doesnt occur. This is what happened to me. I realized this as I stood there being yelled at that I was not wanted. I am like XXXX. This is a bank. This was a completely insane situation. Banking has legal implications. TD Bank was giving me grief over an insurance check that I was entitled to as a homeowner having spent a lot of my own money removing trees that had fallen on my house and caused damage. \n\nI have been totally discriminated against as a woman, based on age and my national origin. The biggest clue is that TD Bank had zero interest in resolving this issue. It was a check, properly endorsed and my lawyer had given me permission to deposit the check. I had spoke to her the day before with regard to this. XXXX tells me she has no cash at the store and is unsure if she can help me. After I tell her I really need the money, she agrees for me to come in and states she will \" figure it out. '' In the past, if no cash is available, they issue me a check to cash at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. \n\nWhen I arrive a couple minutes later, XXXX appears to be flustered and tells me she's had a difficult day. '' XXXX tells the neighbor to leave before she calls the cops, to which the neighbor replied, \" call the cops, I will tell them what you're selling. '' XXXX, then tells me I could stay at Title cash while she goes to XXXX  XXXX to cash a check she just printed for me or I could meet her at the bank. I chose the latter. Ms. XXXX also exhibited odd behavior or appeared to be high for a lack of a better term. I am concerned at this point because usually when the store has no cash available the Title Cash store prints ME a check to cash at their bank, XXXX  XXXX. XXXX is also stating XXXX, the Store Manager would not approve of the way she was doing my pay day loan. XXXX XXXX had her keys in her hand and starts to leave for the bank, so I leave to go to the bank ( 1-2 miles away. ) However, my husband and I sit there for 25-30 minutes in the parking lot and eventually go back to Title Cash because she never shows, only to pass her. ( Added details to explain oddness of transaction ) In the parking lot of the bank, Ms. XXXX XXXX a distance from my car to walk over and counts 5, 100 dollar bills in my hand stating, \" She wouldn't have done this for anyone. '' But, she has a few extra 100 's in her hand that she is dropping all over the parking lot, several times before getting into her own car finally. This is concerning to me because the way it was handled was not normal and made me question if she did my pay day loan correctly. Her behavior does not help the matter either. She made me highly uncomfortable. \n\nMonday, XX/XX/XXXX, I send a request via online requesting to speak to XXXX XXXX, Title Cash store manager at the XXXX location to make a complaint. \n\nWednesday XX/XX/XXXX, I call to speak to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX answers the phone. I am told she is not there. I ask to speak to a Manager/Supervisor. She hands the phone to XXXX XXXX. XXXX tells me she is not a Manager/Supervisor and states there is not one for me to talk too. I ask if I can leave a number for one to call me. I am denied this too. I hang up and call the Title Cash store in XXXX in hopes to find a Manager/Supervisor. I do. I spoke to a XXXX and voiced my complaint and told her about the incident. Within one minute of being on the phone with XXXX, I noticed I received a callback from XXXX but can not switch over. I notice later on she has left a voicemail at some point to tell me she is indeed a supervisor. I'm a little confused by the switch in her original statement. \n\nFriday, XX/XX/XXXX I go into the XXXX Title Cash store to speak with XXXX at length. I am told at this time that XXXX XXXX is actually over XXXX and XXXX. To add to my confusion I get the impression XXXX is questioning my Character and is protecting XXXX XXXX. I don't understand this, as I have never had an opportunity to speak to XXXX about the situation. XXXX stated they had cameras at the XXXX location and that her and XXXX could view those. Additionally, she stated they could look into XXXX XXXX 's transaction at the bank and how she printed the cashed check, essentially looking at the way my entire pay day loan was done. However, XXXX wanted me to confront XXXX XXXX in front of her the following Wednesday when she worked with her to see how she would react. Stating she would know if she was lying. I wasn't comfortable doing this and found the tactic to be unprofessional. XXXX stated that her and XXXX would go to the regional manager. I also learn that XXXX XXXX closed with XXXX the day I came in and I came in 15 minutes before closing. \n\nSaturday, XX/XX/XXXX, I XXXX message XXXX XXXX, asking her to contact me about the incident that took place at her XXXX store. \n\nFriday XX/XX/XXXX, I make a complaint to the XXXX because I haven't been contacted by anyone from Title Cash and I am to come in every month to pay on my pay day loan. I am concerned of their business practices. \n\nMonday, XX/XX/XXXX, I receive a message from XXXX XXXX stating XXXX XXXX is over 8 stores and that a Regional Supervisor, XXXX XXXX, was going to call me. I do not receive this message in time and miss his call not expecting it. However, he leaves a voicemail with no return number. XXXX states she will have him call me the next day. I never hear from him again. \n\nThursday XX/XX/XXXX, I message XXXX to let her know XXXX XXXX hasn't called. She apologizes but states she is not working and doesn't have a hand in the matter ( opposite of what I'd been told. ) XXXX she will send our recent messages to him ( voicing my concerns ). \n\nI'm at a loss here. I've never known anything to be handled this way, but especially these circumstances. I am concerned about conducting any business here anymore and I have voiced this to them. I have asked if I could pay at a neutral office with a credit card over the phone {$100.00} a month until the loan was paid off. \n\nI am not sure who else to contact as I am frustrated with this company. My bank accounts were compromised and a lot of my money was taken. Ive provided timely complaints/claims disputes on those items and bank of the west did not process the claims correctly asked me to wait for provisional credits and while I waited, trusting that they had processed everything correctly, according to policies and procedures that they explained to me while I waited trusting them my bank accounts continually got compromised and by the time the claims were processed they were processed incorrectly and did not include everything that I had claimed this was escalated to a manager. I have proof by emails and phone calls, recorded, conversations, etc. the manager never contacted me back. The claims were miss handled. My accounts were miss handled during the merger. I had lost use of my accounts because of these issues that the bank was having there was nobody in charge. Theres nobody helping me I filed new claims which they took reluctantly, and tried to tell me that I was too late, even though the claims were already filed, I went into a bank because the credit card claims and debit card claims had me XXXX down financially and because the only claims that the bank of Montreal decided they had personnel competent to process were the credit card claims and I needed to get my credit card closed and take my money out because this was {$12000.00} they were holding of my money and then suddenly there were new policies and whether they were new or whether they were old the fact that they tried to charge me cash advance fees, and {$160.00} interest on cash advances where they were holding my {$12000.00} and only gave me {$.00} interest on that money then charged me $ XXXX on the same money thats mine, the personnel didnt know how to close the account forced me to have to keep my money in the bank and then charge me all these fees and now theyve said they process my claims and sent me all my money back which I still dont have, and that they think that theyre valid and keeping charges against me for cash advances and get an interest on cash advances is a crime. The bank has held my money XXXX and has punished me for having fraud claims and now have closed all my accounts and forced me for the checks that I do have to have to cash them at a check cashing company and pay {$2500.00} fees for cashing them because the bank said they dont have enough money to cash their own checks. My two savings accounts are missing. I have no idea what theyve done with them. They just have been missing on my app. I have no clue where they are. I dont know anything about them theyre just gone they have unprofessionally handled every account. They have double charged me on cash advance fees and interest on cash advances when they told me they were going to be credited to my account and now they sent me a letter that they sent me a {$9000.00} check which I dont have but theyre going to keep those fees which is unacceptable and proves to the consumer, financial protection bureau and the FDIC, that this financial institution and this merger between financial institutions is mishandling peoples money. She told me that there was a {$9000.00} approximate credit on my credit card account and that shes going to close the account and send me the {$9000.00} and then I had to ask her what about the {$12000.00} youre holding You have to give me that too and then she put me on hold and came back and told me that I could get that from the bank so she didnt even realize that that was part of it. Theres no possible way that this financial institution is taking care of peoples money correctly. I would be not surprised at all if somebody in the bank is stealing money, or that a lot of people like myself, start popping up with this financial institution Theres no reason for them to keep any more of my money. They double charged me when they said they were crediting me on fees and interest on cash advances. They forced me to have to take those cash advances then they double charged me when they said they were crediting me, and I want it all paid back to me every dime! We had to sell our home after living on our 401K for the year and then had to pay XXXX in penalties and taxes. I would like to see in writing the proof of delivery for the court date in XX/XX/XXXX. I informed her that my consumer rights have been violated, because Equifax did not receive any type of certification of accuracy from the furnisher, and I was never mailed anything within the 5 business day time span in order to inform me that previously deleted information was being re-inserted on my credit report. That is my legal right. I told her that if she is unable to delete the information, then I would like to speak to a supervisor who can make a call to verify that those XXXX account numbers are tied to together in order to delete the account from my credit report. XXXX put me on hold for a few seconds and came back and stated to me that she ca n't reach a supervisor, and that she does n't know what to do. When I asked to speak to another supervisor, she stated that she ca n't find one. When I informed her that I was going to submit a complaint to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau because my consumer rights have been violated, then she found an alleged supervisor and transferred me to XXXX.
