A few of the discrepancies have been identified as the amount owed on the vehicle and what is being reported to the credit agency XXXX concerns with the electronic signature such as the misspelling of my name missing information in the contract information that was input not by me information that was misrepresented as being a requirement when it was optional insurance fraud aggressive sales techniques high interest rate inability to successfully contact and communicate with the dealership to obtain any information regarding my lease payment information or receipts In additional, once a copy of my contract was finally forwarded to me, the information detailed between the two differed. \nI have attempted to contact the dealership multiple times to address these issues, but have not received an adequate response or resolution. I've always gotten the run-around. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I can never get a straight answer. Always put on hold. Never received any sort of notification or statement. \nXX/XX/XXXX - Date I began requesting credit reports from XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and PSC showing old XXXX debt erroneously as new debt opened on XX/XX/XXXX which caused extreme drop to credit scores appearing as new debt. \nContacted PSC by phone to inquire about conflicting information in report, they confirmed this was account with 1st past due in XXXX and that they got it from a previous collection agency as of XX/XX/XXXX, so that is the date that becomes the 1st past due and original report date. Disputed this as accurate and requested proof of date account 1st became delinquent and that they correctly and completely report this account as past due from the XXXX date f from original creditor. \nXX/XX/XXXX - Received 1st actual statement and additional enclosed documentation that PSC stated was the response and provided by XXXX, XXXX XXXX - to include her provider office financial report ( all dates from XXXX only ) with not just dates and balances, this report included PHI I in no way conseted she could share or distribute to anyone, FULL ICD diagnosis  codes with my name for each visit date some going as far as documenting XXXX   next to the codes. She also chose to send even more PHI without consent to this collection agency, to include a had printed family history and information sheet I had completed that has my minor daughters names and D.O.B. and that they are treated and seen there ( for XXXX  ). \n\nXX/XX/XXXX - Sent certified receipt letter to XXXX, XXXX XXXX attached here. No response, reply or contact as of today. \n- Sent PSC certified receipt letter to PSC attached here. No response, reply or contact from them as of today. \n\nXX/XX/XXXX - Since this date have submitted disputes to XXXX, XXXX  & XXXX XXXX ( x3 ) that dates are incorrect, that due to the \" date reported '' line information being XX/XX/XXXX, requested removal or correction. \n\nXX/XX/XXXX - XXXX  has since deleted the account all together. \n- XXXX now only shows as a number with X at end, only information in Account type, Account Status ( closed ) the balance {$1200.00}. Acting manager in flooring. Told me I probably needed to speak to XXXX but he would take information. Gave information. He called back at XXXX and said he couldnt find account. Gave phone number XXXX. Was not able to pull up XXXX credit card. Called back again at XXXX and told me to call XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX. Told him my concern was that interest was accruing in addition to my credit being affected negatively. He told me this should all be fixed. I told him again I never got a statement and had no opportunity to pay. \n\nCalled XXXX and spoke to XXXX. \nXXXX told me there were 3 statements sent out and 3 payments missed. Account being rehabbed. She wasnt able to tell me. \n\nI asked if I could have scanned copies of all documents. She said since account was being rehabbed she couldnt send me anything. She said the defect was on our [ XXXX ] side. \nRehab would take 30 days. \nI told her that was unacceptable because I was in the process of taking out a car loan. I am now unable to attain a loan because my otherwise good credit score has been negatively affected through no fault of mine. \n\nXXXX Called again and talked to XXXX ( XXXX ) Asked to clarify what rehab is. He answered that the mistake is on our [ XXXX ] part and not your fault. I wanted to make sure the rehab is happening. He said it is. No days are past due. XXXX said he is sending another bill to the correct address. Transferred call to corporate care office. XXXX. Told concerns to rep. Rep said would call back in 2 business days. Had to walk to a meeting and I didnt get reps name. Meeting was at XXXX so call ended approximately XXXX. Learned XXXX lied about her name ( its really XXXX ). There is also no Federal Credit Reporting Agency. That is XXXX Address. \n\nNever received a call back. Called back on XXXX and spoke to XXXX. Incident report XXXX. XXXX said the number associated with the account is XXXX. Told her this is not my phone number. This has never been my phone number or any phone number of anyone I know. XXXX 's entered inaccurate information on my credit application that I have never seen. Because of XXXX 's inaccurate information, my credit score has been negatively impacted and I am unable to get credit. \n\nXXXX said she was escalated to the next level and corrected phone number and verified all other contact information. Ended call at XXXX with assurance I would be called back and this would be handled at corporate office and would be called back in 24 hours. \n\nI was not called back. \n\nXXXX spoke to XXXX at XXXX XXXX Corrected email address AGAIN XXXX told me I had to handle this at the XXXX credit process not at corporate. Transferred to XXXX. Then to XXXX. Then to XXXX. Asked to speak to supervisor. \n\nXXXX told me my last name doesnt match. \nGave social. Found account. Told me account was already rehabbed. Asked to speak to supervisor. Transferred. \n\nXXXX. \n\nAsked who input incorrect information. She looked for application. Said XXXX didnt have an application. Then she said it had missing information after she found it. I requested a copy of the application. She said it will take a lot of time to happen No ID information. She said underwriting may now who submitted it. May take 1-2 billing cycles to get it to me.\n\nThen she hung up on me. I called back and got in touch with her.\n\nShe then said she would have this off my credit report in 24-48 hours and I would have the terms in 30 days. \n\nShe also said they cant find my credit card. \n\nAs of XXXX I still dont have a bill, I still dont have a credit card, and this is still on my credit report. \n\nI called XXXX again XXXX at XXXX XXXX  and spoke to XXXX. Asked to speak to a manager. Corrected phone number AGAIN. Spoke to XXXX  [ unsure of spelling? ] XXXX assured there is no impact on my credit. Current credit report shows my account is in arrears and my credit score is still 136 points below what it was before XXXX reported. XXXX stated XXXX updated information electronically on XXXX and it can take 30 days to be removed. I can not complete the purchase of my vehicle and can not wait 30 days. Without the purchase of a vehicle I can not transport myself to work or my children to school. The negligent noncompliance of XXXX 's and XXXX bank to enter and report accurate information has caused me and my family serious financial harm. \n\nI requested a letter from XXXX stating that my account is up to date and that I am not delinquent. XXXX can not supply the letter for 14 days. I can not wait 14 days. \n\nI do not understand how XXXX 's and XXXX XXXX were able to make such an egregious error and are not responsible for correcting it. It has been left up to me to navigate the CRAs. XXXX has done this before, sending a bill for my XXXX 's account to an address in XXXX that I never resided at. The only two negative accounts on my credit history are from XXXX and are associated with addresses that I have never lived at and never put on a credit application. \n\nI never received my XXXX 's card. I never received my credit card, my terms, an invoice of work completed, an account number, or any documentation. I never received approval notification. I never signed anything. I am not contesting the work or that I owe XXXX 's money for work completed. I never had an opportunity to pay. \n\nOn XX/XX/2018 I began attempts to clear up the negative impact to my credit score. XXXX also lied about her name. I later found out XXXX 's name was actually XXXX when I spoke with XXXX/XXXX, a XXXX 's representative. ** Asked XXXX/XXXX how many bills XXXX sent me. XXXX/XXXX refused to answer me. \nAsked to what address XXXX sent bills. Gave me this address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX I have never lived at this address, used this address, known anyone at this address, or given this address to anyone. \n\nAsked XXXX/XXXX what phone number they had on file. \nGave me : XXXX ( the number from which I was calling ). \nAsked what email they have on file. Gave me XXXX ( not my email address ) Told me XXXX said I refused to give email address ( not true ) When I asked what information Synchrony had about me XXXX/XXXX  refused to give it. XXXX said she could only verify information I gave her. I told her I needed to know what I was disputing when I sent the letter in. XXXX/XXXX  told me I just needed to send the letter in and there was nothing else she could do. \n\nXXXX Hung up and called XXXX store directly. Spoke to XXXX at XXXX  XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX # XXXX. Acting manager in flooring. Told me I probably needed to speak to XXXX but he would take information. Gave information. He called back at XXXX and said he couldnt find account. Gave phone number XXXX. Was not able to pull up XXXX credit card. Called back again at XXXX and told me to call XXXX credit center at XXXX. Told him my concern was that interest was accruing in addition to my credit being affected negatively. He told me this should all be fixed. I told him again I never got a statement and had no opportunity to pay. \n\nCalled XXXX and spoke to XXXX. \nXXXX told me there were 3 statements sent out and 3 payments missed. Account being rehabbed. She wasnt able to tell me. \n\nI asked if I could have scanned copies of all documents. She said since account was being rehabbed she couldnt send me anything. She said the defect was on our [ XXXX ] side. \nRehab would take 30 days. \nI told her that was unacceptable because I was in the process of taking out a car loan. I am now unable to attain a loan because my otherwise good credit score has been negatively affected through no fault of mine. \n\nXXXX Called again and talked to XXXX ( XXXX ) Asked to clarify what rehab is. He answered that the mistake is on our [ XXXX ] part and not your fault. I wanted to make sure the rehab is happening. He said it is. No days are past due. XXXX said he is sending another bill to the correct address. Transferred call to corporate care office. XXXX. Told concerns to rep. Rep said would call back in 2 business days. Had to walk to a meeting and I didnt get reps name. Meeting was at XXXX so call ended approximately XXXX. Learned XXXX lied about her name ( its really XXXX ). There is also no Federal Credit Reporting Agency. That is XXXX Address. \n\nNever received a call back. Called back on XXXX and spoke to XXXX. Incident report XXXX. XXXX said the number associated with the account is XXXX. Told her this is not my phone number. This has never been my phone number or any phone number of anyone I know. XXXX 's entered inaccurate information on my credit application that I have never seen. Because of XXXX 's inaccurate information, my credit score has been negatively impacted and I am unable to get credit. \n\nXXXX said she was escalated to the next level and corrected phone number and verified all other contact information. Ended call at XXXX with assurance I would be called back and this would be handled at corporate office and would be called back in 24 hours. \n\nI was not called back. \n\nXXXX spoke to XXXX at XXXX XXXX  Corrected email address AGAIN XXXX told me I had to handle this at the XXXX credit process not at corporate. Transferred to XXXX. Then to XXXX. Then to XXXX. Asked to speak to supervisor. \n\nXXXX told me my last name doesnt match. \nGave social. Found account. Told me account was already rehabbed. Asked to speak to supervisor. Transferred. \n\nXXXX. \n\nAsked who input incorrect information. She looked for application. Said I didnt have an application. Then she said it had missing information after she found it. I requested a copy of the application. She said it will take a lot of time to happen No ID information. She said underwriting may now who submitted it. May take 1-2 billing cycles to get it to me. \nThen she hung up on me. I called back and got in touch with her. \nShe then said she would have this off my credit report in 24-48 hours and I would have the terms in 30 days. \n\nShe also said they cant find my credit card. \n\nAs of XXXX I still dont have a bill, I still dont have a credit card, and this is still on my credit report. \n\nI called XXXX again XXXX at XXXX am and spoke to XXXX. Asked to speak to a manager. Corrected phone number AGAIN. Spoke to XXXX  [ unsure of spelling? ] XXXX assured there is no impact on my credit. Current credit report shows my account is in arrears and my credit score is still 136 points below what it was before XXXX reported. XXXX stated XXXX updated information electronically on XXXX and it can take 30 days to be removed. I can not complete the purchase of my vehicle and can not wait 30 days. Without the purchase of a vehicle I can not transport myself to work or my children to school. The negligent noncompliance of XXXX 's and XXXX bank to enter and report accurate information has caused me and my family serious financial harm. \n\nI requested a letter from XXXX stating that my account is up to date and that I am not delinquent. XXXX can not supply the letter for 14 days. The took note of it and asked to call back in XXXX weeks XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX - continued updating Capital One and requesting Buyers Order. Sent an email to Capital One stating that, \" ... the documents provided to me on the usb do Not include an itemized invoice. ( so there is nothing that shows \" theft protection '' at my end ) XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX - Sent another email to Capital One with Additional findings and Details regarding a ) Falsified Down Payment b ) Price Inflation with DMV sales price recorded at XXXX while Capital One XXXX shows XXXX c ) Missing EV Tax credit documentation d ) Hence, requesting investigation number for my case. \n\nXXXX. XX/XX/XXXX- Received the refund check for the \" Theft Protection '' ONLY and not the storage fee XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX - Called \" Preferred Warranties '' that holds Extended Warranty ( EW ), only to find out to my astonishment, that the EW had been canceled by the dealer on or around XX/XX/XXXX WITHOUT my authorization and with no update provided to me XXXX. I told her that it will appear fine mathematically but I am presenting concerns and discrepancies ' that are not visible from a simple mathematical review including mismatched buyers orders, missing disclosures that I was never shown before signing, falsified down payment, missing EV credit documentation, unauthorized add ons etc. \n- received an overnight refund check for cancelled XXXX - Also called DMV to query the sales price reported. I was told that I should wait to receive the Buyers Order and call back to compare - reached home and received the Buyers Order in mail from Capital One ( probably the XXXX requested from XX/XX/XXXX ) but DMV was closed by now to call back and compare XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX ( Monday ) - Went to police station to file a mismatch signature complaint. The Buyers order that was never provided to me and that I had never seen, showed my digital signature. In regards to the contract, I WAS Only provided page 1 of 5, and page 5 of 5 - BOTH pages show my ink signature at 5 places, in the paperwork I have. Whereas the contract sent by Capital One shows my digital signature ( i did not do ) also in 5 places. Both versions are signed by the same rep from the dealership! Also noticed the templates were a mismatch. XX/XX/XXXX - called DMV again and they read and confirmed the Buyers Order that they hold for my vehicle. Comparison revealed that the DMV Buyers Order did Not match the one I received from Capital One. After six attempts I was able to log in and submitted a support ticket for the closure of my Brigit Account and the refund of {$9.00}. \n\nAt XXXX I received the automated response confirming they received my ticket. With this I knew not much if any would get done in the time I had slated for this as I had more urgent matters to attend to. \n\nSecond, I knew all to well that as soon as I reconnect my checking account with them that they would charge me for XXXX 's Bill while pretending to wanting to help me and hiding this predatory tactic as merely a kind innocent gesture to review the account with me after reconnecting my bank. I'm not the hot girl that ends up getting separated from the group in a horror movie. \n\nAs pointed out, Brigit has problems with customer service let alone if they can tell time. This is only one of five parts of this complaint. \n\nSecond would be deceptive account openings, charging upfront fees and at times unexpected with confusing and misleading disclosures with fine print so fine that I question it's atomic signature. \n\nThird and fourth being in their marketing and advertising of their services that at the end they did not provide. I signed up for their overdraft protection which in turn Brigit used that to charge my checking for the membership fee which was never disclosed. I did not sign a terms and conditions for this type of loan/account. {$750.00} credit builder loan, a loan that I cant even use. Just a fictitious loan to help with my credit. I never asked for that, I never signed up for that. No small print, not even an email confirming the opening of this unauthorized account. This is a clear violation of my rights under FCRA.
