Because XXXX has been accused of committing all sorts of fraudulent activities, violating both State and Federal laws, and essentially running a huge scam operation to extract money from not just individual Americans, but also the Federal Government, and even the Defense Department ( via military student loans ). \n\nThis post will explain how you can use the Borrowers Defense Against Repayment Program to cash in on University of XXXX student loan forgiveness benefits, wiping out your XXXX student loan debt for good, and potentially even getting a refund for any money youve already paid XXXX or their parent company, the XXXX XXXX XXXX. \n\n\n\n\nBut Before We Get Into It Let me offer you a short-cut to getting your loans dischargeds : instead of spending the next hour or two reading this post, checking out other pages of my site, and frantically XXXX for additional details, try calling the Student Loan Relief Helpline instead. \n\nWhy? Because just 5-10 minutes of talking to the Helpline staff will let you determine whether or not you actually qualify for a Borrowers Defense Discharge, saving you a ton of time and stress, because determining this on your own is a complicated process that requires a lot of research. \n\nThe Student Loan Relief Helpline can even help you fill out all the Borrowers Defense Against Repayment paperwork, ensuring that you complete everything correctly, and increasing the chances that your application will be approved for a loan discharge. \n\nYour first call to the Helpline is free, and youll only be charged if you agree to let them work on your case for you, so youve got nothing to lose but a few minutes of your time. \n\nTo get help discharging your University of XXXX loans, call the Student Loan Relief Helpline now at XXXX. \n\n\n\nHow Can I Use Borrowers Defense to Discharge XXXX Loans? \nUnder the Borrowers Defense law, youre able to discharge student loans that were taken out to attend a school who committed fraud by doing something, or failing to do something, like misrepresenting their services, or violating some other state law related to your loans or related to the education services that they provided you. \n\nIn the case of University of XXXX, its pretty clear what you need to do, which is to file a Borrowers Defense Against Repayment Application stating that XXXX defrauded you by convincing you to take out student loans to pay for their higher education programs because they falsely advertised inflated graduation rates and job placement stats. \n\nEssentially, youll be accusing the school of false advertising, in that youre saying you wouldnt have attended the school ( and thus never would have borrowed the student loans ), had you known that University of XXXX graduation rates and job placement rates were actually much lower than those that they advertised. \n\nThe really good news is that if your application is approved, your entire University of XXXX loan will be forgiven, and you may even qualify for a refund for any amount of money that you have already paid to the school or their parent company, the XXXX XXXX XXXX. \n\n\n\n\nHow to Support Your Borrowers Defense Claim When you file your Borrowers Defense claim, you need to make it very clear that youre suggesting the Department of Education provide forgiveness benefits for your University XXXX XXXX loans because they were only taken out in the first place thanks to the schools illegal activity. \n\nIn other words, you need to clearly state that you never would have borrowed the money if the school hadnt lied to you about something, or tricked you in some way, or made some sort of false promise that they didnt, or couldnt deliver on. \n\nPay close attention to this point, because its the most important of this entire post : in your application, you will need to clearly explain exactly what the school did to defraud you, otherwise youll be denied the discharge and will have to continue making payments toward your outstanding loan balance. \n\nRead through the options below to see which one of these things University XXXX XXXX is accused of doing fits best with your specific situation, and then use that as your argument for why you deserve a discharge in your application. \n\n\n\n\n\nXXXX is accused of some pretty terrible stuff, and the details of their problems emerged after a Whistleblower lawsuit from XXXX parent company, XXXX XXXX XXXX, became public knowledge when XXXX revealed details of the lawsuit in an SEC filing ( which tanked their stock, btw ). \n\nUniversity XXXX XXXX has been accused of submitting false information about its student aid statistics to the Federal Government, which allowed the school to qualify for additional federal funding that it never should have been able to receive. \n\nfalse advertising behavior related to inflating graduation and job finding rates, because those seem like the things most likely to convince someone to take out loans for attending XXXX.","date_sent_to_company":"2018-06-19T14:08:44.000Z","issue":"Dealing with your lender or servicer","sub_product":"Federal student loan servicing","zip_code":"631XX","tags":null,"has_narrative":true,"complaint_id":"2939338","timely":"Yes","company_response":"Closed with explanation","submitted_via":"Web","company":"EdFinancial Services","date_received":"2018-06-18T22:27:19.000Z","state":"MO","company_public_response":null,"sub_issue":"Don't agree with the fees charged"},"highlight":{"complaint_what_happened":["XXXX is accused of some pretty terrible stuff, and the details of their problems emerged after a Whistleblower lawsuit from XXXX parent company, XXXX XXXX XXXX, became public knowledge when XXXX revealed details of the lawsuit in an SEC filing ( which tanked their stock, btw )."]},"sort":[13.499725,"2939338"]},{"_index":"complaint-public-v1","_id":"2663932","_score":13.076806,"_source":{"product":"Student loan","complaint_what_happened":"Navient services both my private and federal loans and make no attempt to actually help me. That is false XXXX also stated they talked to me in the time frame. I supposedly went to school. That is false because little XXXX I talked to said, I told her my caseworker 's name problem is He did not tell me my caseworker 's name. She made up a name and then she never talked to me again. After I caught her in her lie, never reached back out. Never did anything. I even provided her the documentation of the fact that my identity was still never got back to me, which shows that school committed fraud. I want these loans completely XXXX. I have flopped with this long enough. And they already got a demand letter and they were supposed to respond by XX/XX/XXXX, but apparently no one can read cause. They were supposed to give me their answer. By XX/XX/XXXX, when my attorney wrote them a demand letter. Now, again, for over a year, I provided ample documentation cases appointments, what I was doing a letter proving that I was on medical bed, rest from my sister, they have every documentation imaginable, but they're choosing not to listen to it, discharge it. It's all I want, because my identity was stolen. And now there is a lawsuit that includes the school they're accusing me to go to which by court order, all student loans must be XXXX immediately. XXXX XXXX XXXX which is also connected for my proof that it is part of the lawsuit. See all documentation pertaining to it cause. Ironically, someone reached out to me last year. Passed the time frame that way past time frame that I was supposed to be informed of this, which was back in XXXX. So they withheld information from me as well. That is deceit. And in my opinion fraud for trying to keep a student loan, that number one had identity theft on it and and number 2 was part of a court proceeding, which was included in the discharge again, discharge it with identity theft. And the school committing illegal actions.","date_sent_to_company":"2025-02-09T02:56:13.000Z","issue":"Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem","sub_product":"Credit reporting","zip_code":"577XX","tags":null,"has_narrative":true,"complaint_id":"12002019","timely":"Yes","company_response":"Closed with explanation","submitted_via":"Web","company":"Experian Information Solutions Inc.","date_received":"2025-02-09T02:55:44.000Z","state":"SD","company_public_response":"Company has responded to the consumer and the CFPB and chooses not to provide a public response","sub_issue":"Their investigation did not fix an error on your report"},"highlight":{"complaint_what_happened":["My loans were gone with my XXXX, which I got a XXXX for over {$10000.00}, which is my school tuition as it pertains to the lawsuit.
