These are not late payments which the CRA states 120 and 180 days late on different dates. For the times they report my account as late payments I have statements from the AG office receiving my payments on time.My account should report current and pays as agreed or these 3 accounts should be removed from my  account as my rights have been violated on several occasions with these accounts. I am in the process of purchasing a home and have been denied several time on the account of these false and incorrect reporting agencies. I have till the end of XXXX before I loose my earnest money on this home and I strongly urge you to help me in this matter. 1 account reports with past due 180 days with a late payment XX/XX/XXXX late 120 days how can this be. This same account is actually close and paid in full by county judge. There are no 30,60,90 days late on this account. Payment amount is also wrong. All violations. The other account reports my payment amount of {$22.00} which is incorrect and a violation reports 120 days past due. No 30,60, or any other late payments. The other AG account reports 180 days late in XXXX in XXXX. This is false and none of these accounts can be actually verified by the CRA. I have the proof of payments for every misreported account. They have not verified any of this information with the exception of using my address to verify which is not accurate. They remove for a few months and reapply with no notification or justification. I had arrears on my XXXX XXXX from day 1 that the AG office and I agreed to increase my support amount which I agreed with. These are not late payments which the CRA states 120 and 180 days late on different dates. For the times they report my account as late payments I have statements from the AG office  receiving my payments on time.My account should report current and pays as agreed or these 3 accounts should be removed from my account as my rights have been violated on several occasions with these accounts. I am in the process of purchasing a home and have been denied several time on the account of these false and incorrect reporting agencies. I have till the end of XXXX before I loose my earnest money on this home and I strongly urge you to help me in this matter. 1 account reports with past due 180 days with a late payment XX/XX/XXXX late 120 days how can this be. This same account is actually close and paid in full by county judge. There are no 30,60,90 days late on this account. Payment amount is also wrong. All violations. The other account reports my payment amount of {$22.00} which is incorrect and a violation reports 120 days past due. No 30,60, or any other late payments. The other AG account reports 180 days late in XXXX in XXXX. This is false and none of these accounts can be actually verified by the CRA. I have the proof of payments for every misreported account. They have not verified any of this information with the exception of using my address to verify which is not accurate. The have also removed other accounts back in XX/XX/XXXX as deleted and placed all of the accounts back on my report with no reinsertion notice or verification. They remove for a few months and reapply with no notification or justification. I have no loans or agreed accounts with the attorney general XXXX XXXX division these are all forced accounts on my credit file that I do not agree with. They are still reporting these late payments today.
